Had a great overnight stay. Staff was friendly and the place was clean. Exterior was extremely well little at night. Also received a complimentary pack and play to use for our toddler during the stay.

Peaceful quiet clean all areas exceptional from laundry area to exercise room bathroom and overall room clean staff went Above and beyond their call of duty to make pur staff really really nice. Starting from management to the guest services all of the staff even the people cleaning rooms was great. We will stay again and recommend any time we can

For a older property, very well maintained and updated. Clean room, very nice. Bed shouldn't be next to heater, room layout should be flipped. We stay at Quality Inn when travelling as they are pet friendly. This one, however, has no dedicated pet walking area. Overall, very pleased.

Service was very friendly (Arling at the front desk and the house keeping lady I encountered), room was very clean and had a microwave, fridge, coffee pot, etc. Extra toiletries provided at no charge and free breakfast 6a-10p. Location close to major highways and the Blue Ridge Parkway. Movies, coffee and shopping all within a few minutes drive. The only real issue was parking. There were no parking spaces available on the same side of the building as my room. I don't mind walking at all but having to make multiple trips to unload luggage around the building and up the stairs wasn't fun. Designated spots for each room or an "unloading only zone" for each side of the building would be helpful. Would stay here again, for sure!

I stayed here one night after a wedding. The location is nice because it is right off the interstate and about 10 minutes from downtown. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. I found the breakfast very crowded and food was gone. I've stayed at a few other quality inn and this was pretty much what I expected for a reasonable price.

Stayed here over Labor day weekend. Cheapest rates for a decent room. Room was clean, location was quiet. Only took minutes to get to all of our destinations around the city. Cleaning/desk staff was very friendly.

Clean room. Helpful front desk staff. Had issues with room key but they fixed it. Other guests up early yelling at 7am but I guess that's not the hotel's fault.

We were in Asheville because of a sick loved one that passed away. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Traveling with family under such sad circumstances this hotel met our every need. The FREE breakfast every morning was amazing and very thankful that my 6 grandbabies had it. They loved it. Thank you all we will definitely visit again.

Good customer service. Pet friendly and clean rooms. Their breakfast is decent and I loved the location, it is in the middle of everything. Quiet place, I was able to sleep with no trouble.

Rooms Clean. Nice tv inside. Affordable price and breakfast was alright. Not a holiday inn breakfast but there is a small variety of food. I'll stay here again and If your reading you should stay here too.
