Horrible, give me nightmares!!! Be aware of the noise, close to freeway. Pillows are hard, dirty carpets, small room. Old furniture. shower gets cold in middle of shower. Staff unfriendly. Some of them even argue with you. After staying there for 2 weeks, we thought we were checking out on the next day but when we had to extend one more day the manager came to my room, very rude saying I had to check out. I explained that we were going to extend our stay and we had a new online reservation , he yelled Mam, I give you 10 minutes! He entered our room and used our phone, I was alone and got scared. He was rude, intimidating. He was looking around, checking my room. I thought that was absurd. I called my husband and he said he had already made the new reservation online. They didn't accept our new reservation. He was clearly discriminating us. I have a child, he is 7 years old. We were moving to Tennessee and had four luggages in the room and I believe the manager thought we were homeless, treated me really badly. I am a realtor and own a 3 bedrooms house all paid for. No mortgage. Husband works for Ontrac as a driver and makes almost $ 5,000 month.
They made us pay in cash even knowing we had a new reservation online. Our stay was stressful. Their dryer doesn't work. Eats all the money and when we complain oh no refunds!! They allow people to play music very loud after midnight. We couldn't sleep.

It was ok. Beds were comfortable, clean. My room was by the pool. Very quiet, even though the motel is right up against the Interstate. Shady looking people at times. The card reader in the door never worked had to get staff to exchange cards everytime, we needed access to room, unless propped open. It was an annoying hassle that got old real quick. Costco right down the street and tons of food and shopping minutes away. Mcdonalds coffee within walking distance.

In La Mesa this motel is just as good. But Wi-Fi capability was not good as I expected. Anyway staff were nice, excluding boys, and sticky carpet was negligible enough. Omelette factory nearby was good.
Good location to go for a hike in the trails.

After staying here for a few days since we are moving to Tennessee I got to really like this hotel beds are comfortable, pillows are soft, tv is big, they have free coffee and a nice pool and spa. Laundry is pretty cheap and they also have a coffee vending machine , Ireally like that by the wayalso sodas and water vending machine. Too bad we are only staying here for a week, I recommend this hotel! ❤

A nice little motel, nothing fancy, but nice for the price. We came in to get a room for two nights because we had issues at another motel, and the front desk clerk was very nice. The beds were very comfortable! I have no complaints with our room or management. Clean rooms and friendly, helpful staff. I would highly recommend this place. Only downside I could see is it is a bit noisey outside being next to the freeway, but that didnt bother me, and you can't hear it from inside.

A good value stay off I-8 in La Mesa. Very quiet given its location off the highway, close to many shopping and restaurants. One complaint was continental breakfast offerings were scant, and rooms don't have electrical outlets for disabled persons medical equipment. Overall a good stay, would visit again.

It had a nice room as well as a pool and hot tub but, they claim on their ad that they have free WiFi, not so. One must go to the lobby for the wifi. I am handicapped and they gave us a room on the fourth floor. Also they hold your room deposit for weeks and threaten to not return it. Corporate never call you back either.

It's needs a remodel, it was very nosey you can hear the drift noise through the door. The room look like a horror movie, very outdated. The television was a tube tv didn't have anything to watch. The bed, pillow and bed sheet were so disgusting and old along with the furniture in the room were so filthy. The bed made me itchy and I couldn't sleep due to the noise outside, they need to seal the door to cancel the sound from outside. And the lobby is just so old and scary looking. It's hard to give them a 10 star if they don't keep the hotel modern and Comfortable. They also have Sketchy people living there for more than a week who are drug addicts and hookers. I really suggests to make those changes to look like a hotel not a motel.

Very accommodating, courteous, yet unsupported and spread thin staff. verona was awesome, and very good at her job. She impessively handled very rude customer conflicts while simultaneously booking a line of guests from the protective window. Well done!

Good clean affordable place. Has a hot tub and pool to soak in after checking out the zoo. No real issues other than wifi being down and having two employees rush us out in the morning.
