Awesome place. Just checked in. The rooms are splendid and beautiful and just perfect. I was in trump hotel Las Vegas previously and this is way better than trump hotel

Nicely updated, good location, the only hotel I found with BOTH airport and cruise port shuttle service, even train station pick up complimentary. Nice breakfast and fitness room too

Loved my stay here! Rooms are nice, with a great view and definitely affordable. Breakfast is restocked constantly. Restaurants and food are within walking distance. Free shuttle services to airport and nearby attractions. Staff is great and they even allow late checkout at no additional price.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The rooms have a great set up and a very cozy feeling to them. The bathroom is small, but is functional. While we stayed, we received a complementary breakfast buffet that had a variety of different foods and drinks that satisfied everyone's needs. They also have an outdoor pool that can be viewed from multiple balconies. The hotel is located close to the Gaslamp Quarter for restaurants, bars, and shops, but is far enough away so that you don't get interrupted by the outside noise. The hotel also has a shuttle that will take you to multiple locations so that you don't have to worry about transportation.

This was my very first visit to San Diego for a Travel Convention and I chose to stay at this Holiday Inn; instead of the Host Hotel. I was Not disappointed. I truly appreciated the Complimentary Breakfast, Snacks, Lemonade, Happy Hour and most of all the Shuttle Van! I may Not have used all of their services, but it was nice to know they were there when/or if I needed them. The decor was pleasant as well as the Guest Services Personnel. Rooms are nice. Everything is clean. Bathrooms are very nice. Got upgraded to a balcony room on check-in. The upgraded room is attached to another, and the double door isolating the rooms doesn't do much in the way of sound dampening. My stay was noisy, but otherwise very pleasant.

Desk clerk was exceptionally nice and helpful, room was great, bed was comfy. There was a fridge and microwave, which was nice. Breakfast was very good, with lots of choices. Only staying overnight to make our plane connection, but I would stay here if we needed to be in the area again.

Overall a great experience. Staff was great. Clean, modern rooms and the bathroom was sleek and clean. My only complaint is the bathroom door was a barn door style slider. It was really awkward to use because you could see in and hear everything. Even the most intimate relationships need some privacy in this area. Poorly designed.

Loved loved loved the staff! Everyone was always friendly & wanted to help. Also told us about the most amazing places to eat. Rooms were very clean & it was a normal size room. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

Great service and amenities. Rooms are clean and spacious. Only drawback: There is construction and they did not do a great job of making it customer friendly The elevator was out for over 24 hours!

Location is great. Just a few short blocks from gaslamp district. Staff extremely friendly (saw the bartender outside of hotel at theme park and he came up to us and said hi!). Service is great. Currently the hotel is under construction but the staff service and location totally make up for it.

Check in was smooth. Rooms are nice. Breakfast is exceptional for a hotel chain. Arrive early and they have a checked baggage area while you explore town and wait for your room. Construction going on but temporary. Reason not 5 stars. Some weekend Front desk can seem a bit intimidating. Not sure if the construction is impacting but only thing other than that. Housekeeping on point. Breakfast staff on point.

Attended the ORS 2017 conference and stayed here for four days. The hotel rooms and amenities were excellent! Rooms were very clean and quiet. Hotel WiFi was fast which was a plus. Continental breakfast had a wide array of selections to choose from. Location was excellent and is a cool 15 min walk to the convention center. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay!

We stayed here for 5 nights. It's a lovely clean hotel. We had a lovely big room just behind reception. The free shuttle to the promenade was really useful. The breakfasts were really good and plentiful. What we enjoyed as well was the complementary happy hour, with wine,beer and soft drinks. The first time we've had free drinks,excellent way to meet in the bar and chat with other guests. I would recommend this hotel.
