As we were making our breakfast (with what little food they had) the breakfast attendant without asking rudely started putting everything up and then shut lights off on us!! I will never come here again.very rude nasty ppl.

Good for a cheap hotel, the shower is pretty nice though I had to stoop a little. The lobby and non smoking side have a weird smell to them, the smoking side smelled like marijuana both nights we were here. Breakfast bar was basic, toast, waffles, cereal, and coffee.

Had to have the toilet unclogged twice. We even bought our own plunger because it wouldn't flush without plunging it. The maintenance guy was nice and it only took him a few minutes to get there after we called the desk.

-Wall paper peeling off.
-Carpet black from not been replaced or had a deep cleaning.
-Parking lot at night very deem including the hallway to your room.
-Horrible oder coming from the vending machine room.
-When I addresses the issue with front desk got the generic answer of well look into it.
-Oder remained there for the remainder of our vacation.
-The bridge construction throws your GPS off plus the detour road to the hotel is very hidden at night.

Rooms nice and clean, bathrooms are small but decent.

My room was very nice! The light over the sink was very dim and the fan needs replaced but overall it was very clean and looks well taken care of. I slept like a baby.

The entire place was just disgusting! From the smell of the rooms to finding pubic hairs on the mattress! Blood on the sheets! Has so much piss smell you would have thought you was sleeping in a bathroom that hasn't been cleaned in years! The staff is ridiculously rude and I would not recommend this place to anyone! Eek I'm still itching! Good luck and I hope you save your money!

It was ok it was last minute they did have a roach in our room our first night there but my friend killed it and I haven't seen any more roaches because if I did I would have asked for another room the staff should definitely consider washing the walls in the room they were dirty and the sink was rusty old so other then its old and should be remodeled room keeping staff was nice I didn't have to look for towels they were there waiting for us as we arrived until we left. the shower had a hole in the wall that they taped up it's not a bad place if I had to stay here again I might consider it if they remodel the hall way was very hot which was weird and I think they should shampoo the rugs in the room but yeah my opinion they should remodel or fix the issues they do have but you can tell it's an older hotel

Found bed bug exoskeleton in the 1st stage in the room behind the headboard. Manager could not help us with a refund. Very non-compliant. No process for travaling customer service on the weekend. Quote the manager,"I want be able to rent that room out this far in the weekend." Well I hope not, since the exterminator want be in to inspect the room until the following Monday. Also requested a non=smoking room and it had clearly been smoked in due to evidence of cigarette burn marks on the counter to go with the cover smell of deodorizer and smoke.

Only stayed one night. Only interacted with one staff member. She was polite. The rooms are dated and small. The breakfast was average. No fresh fruits, but they did have the waffle maker. We will choose a different hotel on our next visit to Panama City.

When ordering a smoking room, the room was surprisingly fresh and all of the amenities worked well. Only issues I found was the air conditioning worked too well and the room keepers were non-existent. We had to get towels and sheet replacements from the front desk. Also breakfast is mediocre.

Not happy with our room since we right next to the train tracks with toddlers. The Wi-Fi is very sketchy. We couldn't get into our room at first cause The door wouldn't work. The faucet is leaking. The room is really dirty. Our toilet had pee on it.gross! We evacuated for hurricane Matthew and picked this place because everything was booked solid. Overall not happy with this place and still have one more night.

The rooms are nice, they are clean and have a nice set up. They also have plasmas installed with lots of channels. Always had something to watch from classic cartoons to animal planet! Never bored! The beds were also clean and vary comfortable! I noticed that everyday, the cleaning lady would come in my room to empty my trash and make my bed!
