Got take out pizza for the first time. It was great! I highly recommend this place.

Condo was clean ,with some exceptions that would have made our stay a little more comfortable. Toilet paper holder was missing, no kitchen towels, dirty tile floor. While showering the light fixture fell and shattered inside stall cutting my wife's leg. Maintenance was immediately notified on our 3rd day, they never showed up to fix it. Dryer added a musty smell to clothing. Main door never shut all the way closed. Our bedroom door handle wouldn't lock. Apparently there were some demo and Reno inside the building, we heard a hammer drill for 10 days. The pool was clean. Plenty of beach front. Didn't particularly care for the stagnant water that constantly drained on the beach from the retention drain. Parking wasn't easy in a full size SUV. The engineer who laid out the parking garage should have been fired. Semi dependable Wi-Fi. We found sand inside the bunks. And inside the beds

We stayed on the 21st floor. The view was beautiful and the room was pristine. The beach is well kept and easy to access. from the building. Pool was clean and cool. Several local restaurants and shops nearby Enjoyed our weekend here thoroughly!

This place was really nice. The beach was clean and the condos offered convenient access. The rooms and condos were much nicer than I anticipated. Great views. Gym is a deathtrap.

We have stayed here for the past eight+ years.
Last couple of stays, the quality and attention to detail have lost its way.

Awful resort. The lobby smells like a giant litter box. Our unit #2-204 was dirty and the very old furniture had stains all over them. Major upgrades needed. Walls were very dirty, patio furniture old, broken and full of cigarette burns. Stayed one night and found an adult female bed bug on a pillow in the master bedroom. Local pest control came in and confirmed the room was infested. Management finally agreed to refund a portion of our money after we threatened to run up and down the halls telling everyone there were bed bugs.

Stayed in a condo for the month of February. Great location right on the beach. Amazing sunsets everynight. Saw dolphins and stingrays from our patio. The beach is amazing.really nice sand and it goes on for miles ~ great for walking, running, or sea shell hunting. Great location close to restaurants, grocery stores and the gym. Already booked to go back next year!!

It had roaches in our room. Called them stayed in unit 604 on Monday took them to Thursday to get someone out to even spray, didn't even offer me any money for the living situation of this. I don't have roaches at home and when you pay over 2k a week for a rental you shouldn't have roaches there either. Booked through Panama City Beach condos, supposedly they was going to take care of it never did, the condo nor them , The parking sucked, we had to park in the woods and walk a 1/2 mile to our room each night. THe only thing that is nice here is the pool. The elevators was hot, the place stunk they hardly ever cleaned anything. Do not recommend either of these places.

The facilities are really nice and the owner responded very quickly to any need. Unit 908 beach front is updated and really nice. It is very much a family-oriented condo complex. I would recommend this unit. My only complaint would be the beach was so crowded that people were sitting on top of each other.

This was a great Condo, right on the beach with and excellent ocean view. My husband and our 3 children stayed here for a week. I did have a few concerns, first we couldn't get the television in the living room to work, there was a gritty/sandy feeling on the floor and the sheets in the master bedroom also had sand on it, as if they hadn't been changed. We called about the television the first day and someone came the next morning. I didn't call about the sheets until two days later, which I admit I should have called the first day, but I was trying not to be all OCD. Finally I did call and they switched me to housekeeping, who said I should have called the first day and since the unit had a washer and dryer it wasn't their policy to bring clean sheets. Well after talking with her for a minute and explaining why I didn't call she did have someone bring clean sheets. We enjoyed our stay and these little hiccups wont keep us from coming back or staying at Grand Panama Beach Resort, the staff was very friendly. We booked our stay through Royal American Beach Getaways.

Was just there over spring break.. Booked it through Expedia in a last minute trip. Boomed it on Sunday for a Mon-Sat stay.. Got there and the reservation was there and waiting for us, so no issues getting the room at all. We were on the 13th floor on Tower 2 with descent views of the Gulf and down Front Beach St.. The one bedroom Condo was nice and clean, albeit a little out dated.. But had all the room we needed for the 5 of us for a comfortable stay. The place was nicely equipped with washer and dryer.. All the utensils and dishes in the kitchen.. From pots and pans to steak knifes and even a pizza cutter.. We had everything we needed to make coffee and breakfast in the morning to cooking in a couple evenings.. It's close to everything and the beach access was nice and simple.. All in all.. Was a nice stay and if we go back to PCB we'll definitely keep GPBR in mind!

Great condo right on the beach in the heart of panama city beach. Restaurants a plenty within walking distance. All units are privately owned and the unit we were in was impeccably kept up. Nice pool and a great complex.

Good location. Sweet looking pool, palm trees make for great sunset pics. The room is nice, living room and master bedroom are a bit smaller than what we're used to but no big deal. Larger balcony than most places. Closet door is half broken and cable doesn't work in bedroom but not really an issue as we have had great weather so far. Would certainly stay here again.
