I do not recommend this place at all!!! I needed a place for my family. Well i have 2 chihuahuas so we had to pay a $100 pet deposit.. well we we stayed for 5 or 6 days at $66 a day the last night we was there we had my cat!! We had someone keeping him before then.. but since we was leaving from that room we had gotten himwell the next morning we was cleaning up the room and packing our things when the lady (owner) knocked on the door and i opened it and she asked was we checking out and i said yes. She said u have a cat in ur room.. i looked and mystic was in the window.. i said he only came in last night.. but we are leaving.. well whwn we were thru and my son went to give them the remote n key to get my deposits back.. she said no u get no deposit back u had a cat in thereHE SAID NO THE CAT CAME IN LAST NIGHT AND OUR ROOM IS CLEANER THAN YALL CLEAN THEM AND U R KEEPING OUR MONEY?? WELL THAT IS SO SORRY!! TERRIBLE BUSINESS!!! THE ROOM WAS CLEANER THAN WHEN WE CHECKED IN. PLUS WE USED OUR OWN TOWELS AND SHEETS!!! I PROVIDED MY OWN TISSUE AND GARBAGE BAGS!!!! I HOPE THEY GET SHUT DOWN AND RAN OUT OF TOWN!!!! RUDE,RUDE, AND RUDE!!!!!!

Paid $284 for three night during Thunder Beach. Which was cheap. Room was nice and other tenants kept to them selves, which the majority of them were bikers.

When I needed a place to stay, by myself for one night this was more than adequate. The girl who checked me in was very friendly. I only had $10 cash and the deposit was supposed to be $20. Instead of making me go to an atm, she said it would be fine. It was late, so I appreciated it. I honestly just slept there and nothing else, so I cannot comment on the pool or stay over housekeeping. It was during season, so this was all I could find within my price range the day of, however there was nothing really wrong with it. Keep in mind you do get what you pay for, but it was not dirty, no rodents or anything, and I didn't get bed bugs. I felt safe enough to sleep through the night. Upon check out, they were supposed to check my room before I left, but the lady (a different one than had checked me in) said she knew it would be fine, gave me my 10 bucks, and let me check out. I don't exactly think this is a good/fun place for children but in a pinch, they have beds with clean linen and the rooms are not scary or disgusting. Great place for the money.

5 stars for being what you would expect from this level of motel, it's cleanliness, and friendly staff.

Don't mind the location. Very well close enough to the beach for me. The lady that checked us in was nice. But failed to mention that they do not guarantee the stove to work. I've added pictures of the door that fell off as I was opening it. There is nothing to use in the kitchen as far as cups plates pots pans or silverware. So if you do stay make sure you pack your kitchen and bring your stove.

Location was very convenient and easy to find, however, it's was not in the best part of town. Room was clean and stocked, but you could tell previous guests were smoking inside. There was the unmistakable smell of cigarettes. First place I've ever stayed at where they required a $20 deposit for room keys, tv remote, and parking pass. I would stay there again if there were no other options, but I would definitely look for someplace else first.

It was a decent room for the price. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean but outdated. The worst part would be the location of the property, very busy front beach rd. makes it very difficult to get in and out.

Thought this place was ok, we didn't need anything fancy. Didn't seem too clean, but I checked everything out before we brought anything in. Comforters had cigarette burns in them, though it was a non smoking room. They ran out of towels, but replaced when they had more. Very loud atmosphere. Door had hard time locking. We stayed 3 nights, and for the most part, everything was fine. Unfortunately, we ended up bringing bed bugs home after staying there. So I give them 1 star. Other than that, location was great.

Nice rooms and pretty clean for a motel , front desk lady was super nice and explained everything that we need to know. could have more light inside the room. overall good value for the cheap price.

My husband and I went to Panama City Beach for our honeymoon in August and had a mishap with our lodging. We had a great time at our wedding but the next morning we noticed someone had broken into our car and stole almost all our gifts including some gift cards intended for honeymoon expenses. Then our rental car fiasco. At 2 am we were exhausted from the trip and needed a place to stay. We called the Summer Breeze Motel and the lady told us just to come over and she'd help us out. When we got there the woman was so nice and made sure we were comfortable. The room was quiet and clean. The next morning we felt so much better and it was all thanks to her. Before we called this motel no other hotel/motel would answer at a desk or they cost too much for us to spend on one night and were rude. This woman saved us! She helped turn a bad few days into a wonderful beginning to our married life together. Thank you for all your help!
