I booked a stay at the hotel located at 7909 Panama City Beach. The hotel staff treated me well and were very friendly BUT that’s where it stops. The room was not what was displayed on the web page. The let out bed and the chair had stains, the leather chair was torn and faded, tub was not usable and had standing water in it (not sure how long it had been there, and the bed was very uncomfortable. Oh yeah, had to go out and buy sheets, after seeing the sitting area and the bathroom, I was not comfortable lying on the sheets provided by the hotel. I don’t think I will ever stay at this location.

Loved staying here. The staff are nice. The rooms are clean. The breakfast is ok but since it's free I'm happy. Just wish it were a little cheaper.

This hotel is on convenient place between two local highways and near beaches (10 minutes by car).
My room had a small kitchen. Interior conditions are good, clean and fresh.
Breakfast is very good. In my opinion, the place for breakfast is not large enough and it is sometimes uncomfortable for families with children.
Reception - very fast and good.
Eventually - very nice impression about the hotel.

My wife, myself and our dog were evacuated from SW florida during the Hurricane. We picked this particular hotel to stay at since it was out of harms way. Every hotel should take a class on how to treat people from the management at this hotel. They were so wonderful to not only us but all the guests. I saw them doing everything possible to make each customers stay pleasant during this difficult time. They also waived the animal stay fee for all the guests during that week and gave out dog treats each day. Thanks to all the management for taking care of us during Irma. We hope to be back under better circumstances

Been a while since I had to stay in a hotel, so I don't even know what the standards are anymore. Clean and well stocked overall. Couch and office chair are a touch threadbare, with a large side split in a couch cushion. Bed is okay, but I'm strict on that. Shower was good, but vent fan didn't work. Staff courteous, should be easy fix. Would recommend overall. My room was between elevator and loud ice machine for I am fortune's favourite.

Such a great experience! The courtesy of the front desk was just what any person would want from any hotel attendant. The rooms are so welcoming, the beds are amazing and I have chronic lower back issues. The room set up is great , I have a 2 queen bed room and the little dividing wall in the room provided privacy. Rooms are clean , very clean.

Coffee provided. Plenty of hygiene care with a sign that clearly says more is provided when ever needed. The bathtub was narrow and deep and very clean. The pillows are down feather small throws provided firm yet soft mattresses, hair dryer, iron, chair with rest. Free hot breakfast from 7-930 & time extend lingered around until 10am. which was very nice for the late sleepers. done Our stay here was a late night last minute find .

However I truly wish we stayed here instead of our previous condo stay at the sun bird resort. The sun bird resort was horrible. Dirty nasty gross. We will be staying here again and more often whenever I am out of town or when we go out as family. Judt a wonderful restful sleep and stay. So truly thankful for this place being so clean, Quiet, welcoming, just so relaxed here. Thank you.

This is definitely a budget hotel (with an odd setup), but the room was clean enough. Check-in was fast and the staff was friendly. We needed a place to stay for one additional night, which was more complicated than I had planned on due to bike week. The kitchenette was a nice addition (full sized fridge and a range top), but I don't think I could have stayed more than a night or two due to the tiny rooms. Location is nothing spectacular- there is limited shopping, but it's a good 10 minute drive to the beach.

This hotel has nice appearance on the outside but the rooms could use a makeover.
The rooms have a nice setup with the kitchenette and the bedroom separate.Though the furniture is dirty and outdated.The TV for the bedroom was in an awkward location behind the door.The room was clean overall.

It was nice but the pet fee seemed high five normalWe stayed on the first floor and it was ice but the ice machine was on the second and third floor so some walk. They had a decent breakfast too. And free WiFi

Suites are large and clean with small kitchenette including dishwasher and range. Beds are very comfortable with quality linens and pillows. Staff is friendly and helpful, and breakfast is free and well stocked.

It's not a beach front property but it was an amazing stay. Check in was great and the room was clean and well kept. I will definitely stay here again.
