We would like to thank everyone, especially Stephanie Aguirre, at Tucson Harley-Davidson for making the purchase of our new Harley such an easy and stress free experience. Stephanie always took the time to answer our questions every time we visited the store, even we had no intention of purchasing a new bike. When we did decide to purchase we knew Stephanie was the one we wanted to work with. The whole staff at Tucson Harley-Davidson are always helpful and great to work with. It is a shame I can only give this team of Pros five stars. You are made to feel so welcome. Just like you are part of the family. They go way out of their way and bend over backwards to make you happy. Just go in and try Harley-Davidson of Tuscon out. You will be glad you did.

I love this place. My sales person is Stephanie and she's awesome. Great advice on the gear to buy and she continues to be by my side well after the sale is complete. A special shout out to the service crew (Lance in particular). They are making sure my used Trike is at it's best. The parts guy (Frank I think) is also awesome in getting our extra keys FAST! Even the ladies in the helmet and clothing area are helpful. It's easy to be a customer for life here.

Recently purchased a Ultra Classic from this dealership. Would like to thank Roe, Stephanie, Jason, and Ronnie for making my buying experience pleasant and relatively quick. Been dealing with this dealership for 17 years and can't say enough good things about all the staff. They have always treated me well even if I'm just stopping in for coffee and looking to see what's new.

I dont have enough great things to say about everyone at Harley Davidson Tucson!!! Over Labor Day weekend sadly our bike was stolen then recovered beaten up pretty bad. From the very beginning the guys in the service department were so compassionate and understanding of this terrible situation, i instantly knew we were in the best hands. Unfortunately our insurance totalled our bike and left my husband devastated. Roe, JD, Natalie, Chris and many more stepped up to help in every way to get us back on the road. Thank You all so much for everything, you all helped us in ways you'll never know. We didnt just purchase a new beautiful Street Glide but you helped us (especially Duane!) heal from this horrible situation. Thanks again! You'll be seeing us again soon!

So at the beginning of this month I had a little fender bender with my 2017 Road Glide Special. I reported it to insurance and dropped my bike off out at Tucson Harley-Davidson. Jason (wolf) Roley was the guy that greeted me when I pulled in. I have to say this is been one of the most Pleasant experiences with an insurance claim with a dealership or repair shop that I've ever had. Jason has done a great job of keeping me informed and working with the insurance company he's kept me updated every step of the way I think he's done an awesome job. Thank you Jason for making this as painless as possible. I just wish my insurance company was as quick to get on things you and THD were.

Dropped my bike off for its 5k mile service and to flush/change the brake fluid. The staff were great, especially Lance at the service counter. I came in almost at closing time because of Ina being closed for construction. They were really friendly and had the work on my bike done sooner than expected. The owner even gave me a discount for being military. Have not picked up the bike yet but so far the service has been great. Highly Recommended so far, might change rating after I pick up the bike tomorrow but I have a feeling the bike is going to be good to go!

Tucson Harley Davidson ROCKS! The staff ALWAYS goes above and beyond any expectations had. The parts manager, Demetris, always greets and ensures you get top notch service. Ken, in parts goes the extra mile to find just what you need. Always treated like family.

I worked with JD to learn about bikes for a first time rider. He was very informative and made me feel comfortable asking very novice questions. He knew I wasn't buying anything today and made sure I was going to take a basic riders course before I bought anything. He wasn't pushy at all and spent a lot of time working with me to make sure I was well informed and prepared.

When we went to Tucson Harley, we didn't expect to buy a new bike. We just wanted to look. JD was very helpful and answered all our questions. He and Sabastyon worked hard to get us a deal we could live with. There was a mix up on the shocks we wanted, but everyone went out of their way to make sure the bike was just the way we wanted it. The entire staff is very friendly. Great experience.

Was not in the market for a new bike. But when my girlfriend and I rode the 2017 Fat Bob during the weekend's demo ride, we were very impressed with the bike. Natalie, Stephenie and Sebastian from the sales staff were a sincere pleasure to work with. All three were throughly knowledgeable of their products and were very accommodating with all request. We were so delighted with our experience with Tucson Harley, we ended up buying two bikes during our visit to the store. High marks for customer satisfaction for not only the sales staff, but for the service and the parts departments as well.

Tucson Harley is one of the best shops that I have visited. My friend passed away in early February. I left my FatBoy at a friend's house. Soon after I arrived in PA to handle the estate, my friend in PA told me that my bike needed to be removed from his property. Tucson Harley saved the day and transported my bike to their shop while I was handling my deceased friend's estate. Tucson Harley came through to help a member of their extended Harley family. They took the time to understand my position and cared enough to help me. Their thoughtless efforts helped me in a time of need and I will be forever grateful. Also, they covered my bars with rags before loading the bike and had it cleaned upon my arrival. First rate shop and an amazing experience. I cannot wait to visit Ronnie and his crew again! Thank you Tucson Harley.
