Rude, poor customer service. SLOW!!!! Told 10 min, been 20 already. I'm the only person in the restaurant 6 people workings. Can barely run the counter. I'm not coming here again. Jeeze the service is terrible.

I believe they know how to deal with conflict very well, after a few mess ups with my order and forgetting part of it at the store. The manager Johnny was very pleasent and helpful. He apologized and ended up comping my order. I understand that mistakes happen and I will definitely will be back to enjoy your delicious pizza. Thank you for great customer service.

I'm not sure how some people are noting bad customer service I've always had above and beyond service here even that one time I unknowingly wanted delivery 2 minutes before they closed and that time I received the wrong salad but kinda wanted ice cream too. Food is cheap n good! The guy who's from Boston is cool and the gal at the counter tonight was super helpful.

Food? best in the area.
Service? worst one to ever exist.

Very rude staff.. if the manager himself, is very unprofessional and always has an attitude when addressing any given situation.
Delivery staff very uncooperative and rude as well. almost feel unwelcomed to order at all.
As much as the food is always very good and satisfying, the quality service really is a huge downside to this chain. please hire people who wanna work and spare an appropriate personality. Not those who displease away customers.

Solid Pizza. Taste almost identical to Mary Saco's Pizza/Tiffany's Pizza in Michigan, for a moment I thought I was back home. Deep dish is made the proper way, square. Hand tossed could use more sauce. Overall the hand toss is 6.1 and deep dish 7.4.

This was my first time ordering Blackjack pizza as I am new to this part of town. I ordered a Square Pan Pizza and Large order of Cheese Bread. I ordered online (delivery) due to friends warning me of a rude employee that they had encountered multiple times previously via phone. I placed my order without issue, it showed up on time and the driver was very courteous and happy. The food was good and arrived as ordered, including plenty of extra cheese and baked well done. My only disappointment was that I ordered and paid for extra cups of marinara but did not receive what comes with it or what I had purchased as an extra. Kind of a bummer having a large order of cheese bread and no side sauce to go with it. Wasted a few bucks and have a whole lot of leftover cheese bread, but I was overall happy with the service and quality of the food so I will try again in the future and see what happens.

This is our go to pizza. Really good value and super tasty sauce. The pan pizzas are excellent. Blackjack is fast and friendly. The staff has good attitude. When our relatives from Hermosillo come up to visit they usually take one home for the road.

This place is awesome! The staff is incredibly helpful and the delivery drivers are on time and courteous. I love the deep dish pizza and their wings are the best. It's affordable and my family LOVES it! Thanks Blackjacks!
