With all do respect, don't ever in life even think to check in here. I don't care how desperate you are, sleep in your car or a a bus bench. This place is disgusting. Pee stains on the bed, along with bed bugs. Dirty blankets and pillows. Tweakers outside. Trap houses are better than this. I checked out as soon as I walked in. I will never in life recommend this place. I paid the extra money and went to Red Roof Inn, something I should have done from the beginning. I don't write reviews often but I figured I may be able to save someone time or a second thought. Anyway, have a blessed day.

Just pointing out one of your parts of your promise that is not followed at your Tucson AZ location. We operate all Crossland Economy Studios locations so that each hotel is held to the same comprehensive standards of guest service and quality assurance. In addition, we perform yearly reviews at each property to ensure corporate specifications are consistently achieved. This property needs an inspection for the money you charge for your rooms they should be better. The room I was in was in bad condition and needed many repairs. I am not complaining to get a refund I will let you all keep it to maybe have enough to fix them. Its a shame how my room was and I will explain briefly and provide pictures (if needed to help)so you can see what I'm referring too. First under the kitchen sink had a flood obviously it was still damaged and not fixed. I have a picture for proof it was horrible. The bed looked like a lot of urine was on it and it was covered up. I don't ever use sheets or blankets and bring my own and saw the mattress. I have a picture of that as well for proof. I had a lot of food and the shelves in the fridge fell a lot. It was even that heavy its just worn and used. The TV remote back for the batteries was even broken and fell of as soon I touched it. I have picture of that as well. I also have other pictures of all the items that need to be repaired. Once again keep all my money but I'm sharing on Google review and doing word of mouth. I am a single mother and I had no choice to chose your location because I was hiding from an abusive person it was all I could afford. Some of your staff is also very rude and inappropriate. I am very unsatisfied with this location and stay but I am trying to give you all a heads up this location needs to be fixed it does not look like the pictures. False advertisement period.

This is an extended stay inn, they are very private rooms, there are always new people coming threw, there is a small kitchenette with two burners and a medium sized fridge, the bedding isn't the best, there were holes in the sheets and there are no where near enough when you ask for them. If you're stay is going to be for the month you do NOT get turn down service what so ever, you have to Barrow a vacuum cleaner to clean the carpet that will turn your feet/socks black anyway. I walk my dog around and when she poops I pick it up with doggy bags, which no one else seems to know about because there are turds the size of my dog EVERYWHERE.. There's some dog poop in the gravel all around the parking lot that no one has picked up the whole 6 weeks I've been here, it's now being watered by the irrigation system which has made a dog s*** soup out of the poop and pee people don't pick up. This place is okay if your on a budget and need somewhere to stay, there's a TV and okay WiFi which is nice. They do mind there own business if you pay for your room.. occasionally you will see police chasing and/or arresting someone. But if you keep to yourself it should be fine.

This place was the worst I've ever stayed at. In a pinch it's ok to lay your head down if there aren't any bugs as other people reviewing on another site had mentioned. Definitely a lot of crack/meth heads wandering around. Large piles of dried dog feces along our hall. The beds had burn holes and stains on them and the carpet had large stains. Between all of that and the heavy vomit and cigarette smell I can safely say I'd never return 🙂.

This place was a crackhead hotel. Found it on priceline. $40 for the night. There were methheads walking around, stains on the sheets, and no towels. It was one of those hotels meant to live in I guess. The room had a stove, microwave, refrigerator and sink. Also no bathtub, only a shower. No cups, no shampoo. The only good thing was that they didn't charge us when we lost one of the key cards.

This place has been nothing but trouble since I got here. I've had a long drive and I just wanted a place to stay for a while and I come in and instantly there's no shower head or shower curtain in our room nor does one of the lights work and there's a huge burn mark on the floor. I'm so tired from driving that I sleep for a day day and a half on and off and then when I get up I notice all kinds of other stuff such as food everywhere dog food in the corners it's like they didn't even ever clean the rooms it's horrible here and the customer service is horrible because I've told them about this from the second day and nothing has been done except okay they gave me a shower head and a shower curtain but this place is not anywhere you want to be if you have the option

We arrived Friday night to check in for the weekend. Upon walking into the room it smelled very musty like old cigarettes even though it was a non-smoking room. The bathroom was terrible, I don't even want to discribe it. The bed was covered in yellow stains! We immediately went to the front desk and told them about the condition of the room. They told us to get the old sheets and bring them to them to the front desk and they would give us new ones. We did not even want to touch those discussing sheets! Needless to say we did not stay there..

Not good. Booked on line for a 10 am check in and they wanted to charge us $16.00 to "check in early" at 12:15 pm. Nope. Thank you. Peace, out.

If I could give negative amounts of stars I would. There is nobody that comes and cleans or restocks the hygiene items. The room smelled like a rotten egg, burn holes everywhere, and black marks all over the white comforter. Not to mention there is no guide on the tv! On a positive note, other than the junkies crawling around EVERYWHERE, and I mean EVERYWHERE, there were no bugs to speak of. The dresser drawer was in pieces and propped up on the dresser. The bathroom sink leaked onto the bathroom floor. Clean towels? Absolutely not! I paid $27/night and that was too much for this joint. Save yourself and go to one of the other 9 hotels on this block.

Don't trust that they have your reservation.

I made my reservation on the crossland website. The morning of the stay I called and confirmed that my reservation was in good standing and it was! Well..When I arrived 5 hours later for my room, it was not available!!! They had given it away! They had a lesser room for the same price! Are you kidding! BEWARE! These guys are a joke!

Initially, I would have given this place a decent review. The rooms are a bit run down but they were clean enough, except for the bathroom walls which were so dirty I wiped them down myself. But then this happened: on the last night of my stay I went down to the office, let them know I'd be checking out late the next day, and paid a 25.00 fee. I assumed this meant my room would be left alone until I returned, but when I got back the cleaning ladies were leaving my room- all my belongings, including everything from the fridge and freezer, had been thrown into trash bags and piled onto one of the beds. Definitely not what I expected after paying for late checkout, and now the room basically needs to be cleaned all over again.

The staff was amazing! Eddie, Chris and Eric are wonderful and so very helpful! Very prompt with any assistance needed. And they know what they're doing! Maintenance and housekeeping also! Great experience while we had a 6 month stay, totally worth it. Definitely going back if needed.
