This was our third party that we have hosted at Pump It Up. As always we had a great time. Hajoe and Kevin did a great job assisting and our guests had a fantastic time. Will definitely do it again!

The people that work there are very nice they're very good with the children there they are well respecting people very helpful it is amazing place to take your family when you want to have fun to tire out your kids the workers there walk around taking pictures of all the children and then they show you a slideshow and you can also get copies of the pictures they have a or you can get drinks and food where you could buy toys play games a place where you and your family can go eat if you are going to have a party the party planners their serve and clean up all of the mess from the party this is the place to be if you want to have a party for your child

If you have kids under five, take a break from reading reviews and go sign up for a slot in one of their toddler jump mornings right now. This is easily one of the most fun things little kids can do indoors here in Tucson, and the cost is very reasonable. I wish I had known about them at the beginning of the summer!

I also wish there were some more interesting castle/house inflatable structures without the big slides, which my kids are really intimidated by, but even though they're too nervous to use about half of the equipment, there's still plenty of bouncing and tumbling fun to be had - and it's air conditioned.

Kids has fun. Rooms are cool. HOWEVER! I had a problem with the way they scheduled parties, I think the there needs to be room between parties for wipe downs. . We went to a party and each party gets 30mon.p/room. . No wipe downs are done between parties. When 1 party moves onto next room, the other party is led into previous room.. nobody bothered wiping slides,chairs,tables fown. N the staff isn't to kid friendly. They seem bothered by the kids /guests..

Been there for two birth day party's there is two rooms of super cool inflatables we looked in to the prices its $300 for the smallest party and it forty five minutes in each inflatable rooms and thirty minutes in a side room for three pizza hut pizzas and the kids choice of cup cakes or ice cream. The kids had loads of fun they also have a snack bar style grill. Would recommend this place if you're able to afford it.

It's a great place for older kids, but I don't have an older kid. Toddler time is for everyone but actual toddlers. Let me break it down;

Pro's: pretty clean place
Monitored at all times by at least 2 ppl even if there's few children
Can reserve online for every event

Con's: the ages of the children aren't monitored ( there were children well over 5 at toddler time)
Sick children aren't turned away
Music is obnoxiously loud

Though it's not the fault of the facility, I also noticed a lot of jerk parents not giving a crap that their older kids were running over the smaller ones.

I will try sensory night with my autistic child but if that goes as badly as today did, never again.

It's okay if your kids are 5 and over. If they are younger there isn't much for them to do but get run over by bigger kids. Luckily you only spend 45 minutes in each room otherwise you'd have a lot of bored kids. It's a kids event and only rap was playing at a volume where it was difficult to talk to your kids. In the eating room the cake was left off to the side where the birthday girl couldn't blow her candles in front of everyone. As gifts where opened in her royale chair the tables are arranged away from her so the majority of people cannot see. Over all its an okay place to have a quick 2 hour party.
