Don't stay here. As we were taking our luggage inside (after prepaying for the room), the local police came driving up with lights and sirens on, responding to a guest's call. The next morning, as we were putting our luggage back in the car, here came the police AGAIN, lights and sirens blazing. This is apparently not an uncommon occurrence at this motel. Also, our night's stay was pretty awful. Not only could we hear everything our neighbors on either side were doing ALL NIGHT LONG, but the entire hall and our room was chokingly full of cigarette smoke all night, through to the following morning, despite the fact that the entire floor was supposed to be a smoke-free zone. The hotel owner was completely unhelpful when we asked him to find and evict the smokers. I've had to sleep in motels in several third-world countries, and this dump gave me flashbacks to those very unpleasant experiences. Avoid this place.
The room was relatively clean, but I don't think everything was sanitised properly. The bathroom was too tight for comfort, the CC button for the TV didn't work, house cleaning skipped us two days in a row when we needed new towels, the shower and ac/heating were finicky (we either burned ourselves or were freezing), and I really wish there were secondary, more translucent blinds. The bed was super soft, I'll give you that. Add an elevator to the front and ditch the bible, and my wife and I will come back for our next visit. Also, please fix the dresser, because a huge chunk of it was broken when we got into the room.
Clean rooms, friendly staff. Rooms could use some updating. But for the price, it is a good deal. Conveniently located next to some fast food restaurants and a convenience store. The onsite restaurant isn't open right now, but the office does have a small area for convenience shopping (drinks, snacks). Pool was closed due to maintenance.
I stayed here for 2 weeks while searching for apartments and transitioning into the state. My top concern when looking for an affordable weekly stay was safety. And while there have been some oddballs in the area during my stay, the property is very well lit, the doors are very secure and the location is friendly and quiet. The neighbors can be loud and obnoxious, but that generally means they're harmless. There is always space to park. Finally, the managers are pretty no nonsense and I liked that.
Beware they are theives. I stayed here and accidentally left my cowboy boots in my room. I called the hotel and inquired about my boots. I received a call back and she confirmed that they were there and she told me what to do to get my boots mailed back to me. I sent a boot box and prepaid shipping label to return the boots to me and now they say that they never found the boots. They refuse to return my boots, my boot box, my prepaid shipping label. They are thieves beware.

The room was $80 which wasn't bad. But the pool was down "maintenance". Something I would've liked to know before I booked the room. They said I couldn't get a refund. I came to Charlotte for my birthday and to enjoy myself. The next morning me and my daughter went for breakfast and they made us eat in the lobby. Out of all the hotels I been to I always took my food back to my room. Then I called for extra towels. They told me that to get extra towels I would have to pay for another day because house keeping haven't started yet. Like where do they do that at? Here I guess. I know next time not to choose this hotel. Could've got something better for equal or lesser price.
After the Luke Bryan concert last night wtried to find a place to stay. Each place wanted to charge this astronomical price for a deposit because we were paying cash & each place we stopped they were rude as can be. I could definitely tell we weren't in Georgia. We finally found Days Inn on Sugar Creek Dr & found that hospitality we're used to. Everyone was so friendly. The rate was amazing. Our took was very clean & comfortable & it was very quiet. Thank you for treating us so good. Next time we ate over this way, we'll definitely be staying here.
Fast service, decent rooms, friendly staff. Made it very easy to check in late at night. Be sure to get cash before you go if you are planning using someone else's card to pay.
I had my wallet stolen. I was staying at the days inn because of work. I left for work in the morning and I left my wallet in a drawer in my room. When I came back my wallet was missing. I told the front office and they were of no help. All they said was that nothing like this had ever happened and that no one had given them a missing wallet. I don't recommend staying here.
Not worthy of any stars, but had to give one to post this warning! First off it is nothing like the stock pics online. It is dirty, outdated, and roach-infested! The attached pic is of our surprise guest I met at about 12:30 am (right as I was about to go to sleep). This pic does not do this roach justice since there is nothing in the pic for scale, but it was every bit of 3 inches long! Called the desk and they gave us a different room, but still didn't rest well knowing where there's one roach there's many others! Steer clear of this one people!
Very pleasant employees, great location - easy access from the highway. The air conditioners do not work real well, but the rooms were comfortable and cozy. I will be back
I enjoyed my 3 nights of stay. Very well lighted area with cameras everywhere on the premises. I was greeted probably and thanked for my business. The room was nice, clean and comfortable too. The housekeeping staff I met was very polite and spoke as a Christian. He even asked if there were anything I need, even though I was checking out. I almost not stayed here because of the reviews, but thank GOD I did because I didn't encounter any problems. If this Days Inn had a fitness center I could have easily given it 5 stars. Also there are a couple of nice restaurants just yards away. 3/2017
