Nice hotel, friendly staff. Rooms are a little dated but nothing that would keep me from coming back. Quiet area, but not too far away from anything.

The place was relatively clean and nice. I only stayed overnight to sleep, and the beds we're clean and soft. The layout of the room, however is annoying. The TV isn't really in front of the couch or the bed, so it makes little sense. Alongside that the bathroom has no sink. There's only one sink located outside the bathroom (and another one in the kitchen area). Which leaves me to wonder how many people touched the bathroom door handle without washing their hands

The hotel was just okay. Didn't have any hot water for 2 out of the 3 days I was there even though staff was informed. Staff are very nice however.

Not the nicest hotel. Staff was very friendly and the breakfast was above par. The room however just didn't feel clean.

Room could have been a little cleaner, food and trash were on the carpet when we arrived. Can be a little noisy with doors in the hallway and through walls, so consider that if you are not a sound sleeper. In a good location, pool was nice, and staff were very friendly.

The staff were very welcoming when we came in and were very approachable. They were extremely helpful with whatever questiond we had and with other guests as well from what I saw in the lobby and over the phone.

The entire experience from start to finish was great. Beds seemed very comfortable, sheets and comforter was clean, towels were soft. This place seems like it's the real deal. Oh and that breakfast was A-1

The location was great and there are many restaurants in the area. The rooms are big and spacious. There is a pool and a hot tub for families. My family had a great experience

The stay was very relaxed and quiet. The rooms were clean and neat. The staff very accomodating. My only issue was the concern for the noticiable scent of chlorine, which makes one wonder.

The room was nice. The staff was very hospitable. Used the treadmill in the exercise room. There's also an indoor pool.

Great location. Easy access from highway and is far away from traffic noise. There's only one restaurant (next door) in walking distance. You'll need a vehicle for shopping & dining.

There's an indoor pool and fitness center. There's a free hot breakfast.

Inside your room is a wet bar, a mini microwave, a mini refrigerator, one cup coffee maker, a large desk, a sofa bed and a medium-sized flat screen tv.

In the bathroom is a large floor length mirror, a large mirror over a large sink countertop and a combo shower-tub.

In the living room area, there's easy access to the outlets. But not in the bedroom area.

Very nice stay at this hotel for a family trip to Charlotte. The hotel has updated decor. The suites are spacious and the kitchen area was quite functional and roomy. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool area. The breakfast bar had a lot of options such as fruit, cereal, bagels, muffins, waffles, sausage, and eggs. But the best part was the desk staff. They were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Would stay here again the next time I'm in Charlotte.

The help here is very nice and professorial but for the hotel it's very run down and old looking. Very out dated and could use a remodel. Breakfast is pretty good. The pool is small but nice. The gym is a joke and if you workout a lot like me this gym has nothing for you. I would rate this as a 3.2 out 5
