Wonderful hotel, a little hard to get to, but I will stay here do to walking distance to great restaurants. Would give five stars if they get digital check-in and digital room keys.

Best experience I've had at a hotel in a while. The service and staff are beyond pleasant and accommodating. We felt clean and cared for. We like to sleep in when we can when we're travel and usually don't make the complimentary breakfast time, or get complimentary breakfast at all even at higher end hotels, so the complimentary breakfast that ends at 10am is definitely a bonus. We see ourselves staying here again when we visit Sarasota.

Great stay good treatment. My only complaint would be that my shower head only worked on massage settings. Also, not against the hotel, but Google maps tried to send the wrong way down the service drive behind retail stores to reach the hotel.

I stayed at this wonderful Hampton Inn for 36 days while doing disaster inspections for hurricane Irma. The entire staff (and yes i met them all!) were all very friendly and extremely helpful during this deployment. It is a very clean property with a great pool area, gym, and laundry facility. It is surrounded by plenty of shopping and dining choices. The breakfast is good with lots of variety. Housekeeping respects your privacy when requested. I would not hesitate to book here again.

Nice, spacious room with a large bed and a fold out. The fold out had a thin mattress but they all do. Breakfast was tasty and filling. Coffee is great!

Very nice hotel. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Confortable beds, good breakfast and plenty of parking. Lots of stores within walking distance

Nice and clean hotel. Friendly staff and nice breakfast service. Beds were comfy. I usually have trouble sleeping the first night but not here. Also there is a small shopping area with restaurants that is a 5 min walk away. All members of the family can benefit from a stay here!

My husband Cody and I would like to personally recognize Erik and Dania and the front desk staff for their generous kindnesses. It is so nice to walk in the doors of Hampton Inn and be treated like family. This Hampton Inn and Suites on Cooper Creek Blvd goes above and beyond to make their guests feel comfortable and welcome. From the front office, to the breakfast ladies who greet us every morning with their huge smiles and earnest "Good mornings," to the wonderful housekeeping staff who make staying in our cozy, spacious rooms so enjoyable. Relatively new with super friendly staff. Popcorn and soft drinks our water every evening. Nice rooms and many restaurant choices next door. Great area with new high end mall across the street.

Great location and staff! Walking distance to many restaurants and shopping, including wine and beer. Clean rooms, hot breakfast, with evening popcorn, cookies, and soda. Pool area is a nice area to relax.

Wonderful place to stay. The hotel staff is so nice and very helpful. Any problems you have, you can go to them and they will assist you all the ways they can. The rooms were very nice and every room seems to have a great view. I love staying at this hotel when I come visit Sarasota.

As always, an excellent experience at Hampton Inn. Comfy bed, temperatures perfect, love the mini fridge in our room. Bathroom was roomy and very clean.
Pool was absolutely gorgeous! Hot tub option is a must-visit.
Fresh-baked cookies in the afternoons were to die for, and breakfast every morning was delicious. I loved the option of coffee urns in the hallway, as I'm an all-day coffee drinker. Small sundries room provided a wide variety of goods for forgetful or hungry travelers at any time of day.
Proximity to shopping and restaurants was unparalleled. I highly suggest the restaurant Fresh Kitchen across the parking lot. Delicious!
