Great heated pool, easy access to beach and lounge chairs provided. Rooms are okay, but I expected more for the money I paid no free breakfast or anythingparking is tiny

Customer service (Think her name was Bobi), was amazing. Never been to a place that was so concerned for the guests! I had previously stayed with the same company just south of there but would return here for the other location had NO customer service. But keep in mind I stayed there two years ago.
Perfect beach access.
Clean rooms.
Pleasant helpful staff.
Refreshing pool.
Laundry.
Nice put put.

Right next to the beach and a nice view, but could be a little cleaner. Home-y but a small, even for a family of 4. Would recommend, but not 5-star

Conveniently located to restaurants. But only steps from the beach. My room 258 was in excellent condition looked to be newly refurnished and had a gulf and pool View from the Lanai. The weather was excellent and I will definitely request this room when do it again.

My family has stayed at Silver Sands many times. 8' deep pool is great for the kids and large and deep enough for the adults. The staff keep the grounds in perfect condition with tropical plants abound. The beach is semi-private, and never overly populated. During low tide you can go out to the second sand bar and find sand dollars. Parking can get pretty packed when the hotel is booked.

After multiple vacations here in the last six months, we have decided we will not return. The first time, we stayed, we got locked out of our room and had to wait for a locksmith to arrive. Not a big deal still had a nice time. So, before we left we booked our second vacation. Our credit card was left on file and a deposit (for our second stay) was charged to the card immediately. With in a few days, multiple charges were made to this same card causing bank fees and non payment for other charges. We called the front office and we were told a new computer system caused the glitch and that all monies would be refunded. This took many days to correct. As an additional courtesy they would give us a discount on our next stay. It was a fiasco having to reconcile appropriate monies were refunded and that bounced payments were corrected DUE TO THEIR COMPUTER SYSTEM DRAWING MONIES OVER MULTIPLE TRANSACTIONS AND MULTIPLE DAYS. During our second stay, the room was small, cramped and the tv's didn't work. Again on notifying the office, they moved us to a different room. What a pain packing and unpacking from a first floor to second floor with no elevator. On our third (and final stay) reservations had us checking in on Saturday, though I specified Friday. Because of this we decided to cut our vacation short by one day to compensate for the additional day derived from arriving on Friday instead of Saturday. Upon check out we were told that we would be charged for all days regardless of our early check out. The staff was dismissive and the total experiences are not worth the aggravation.
