We drove down from Toronto to go to the childrens museum. Also my husband is new to Canada and has never been to the USA. We had a lovely stay at the Hampton Inn. the price was a lot more reasonable than any place we've stayed in Ontario, Canada as well as Montreal. The Beds were amazingly comfortable. The location was quiet and the breakfast was surprisingly good. I will definitely stay here again if we go to the museum and I will definitely stay at a Hampton inn. The free breakfast makes a big difference when you're travelling as a family. Also Bar Louie which is across the parking lot has great food and drinks. We celebrated my husband passing his masters electrician exam. I hadn't been across the border myself in a few years. Everyone, the hotel staff and the locals were kind, accommodating and friendly. We're planning a road trip to NYC over the holidays so I'll definitely be looking for a Hampton inn along the way.

Girl at the desk was very friendly and courteous, the room was clean, the shower was very large and I was completely undisturbed. Also, I've stayed at lots of hotels and many hotels end up having a slew of shady characters staying the night and bugging you when you go outside, etc but this hotel was very peaceful and free of sketchy folks. Would be happy to stay here again!

Absolutely amazing staff. Stayed for a hockey tournament and Lisa treated us like family. She helped all the boys get pumped up for winning and was super friendly. She deserves so much. Made my experience here so much fun! Breakfast was great with her and food was amazing!! Definitely recommend to not only stay here but to make friends with Lisa as well!!!

Nice hotel for the price. The rooms are comfortable and clean. There are lots of restaurants in the area and it's a very convenient location.

Awesome place. My room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. Awesome breakfast which was hosted by a wonderful staff member, Lisa. She was so attentive, friendly and helpful, that I want to go back just to visit her again. Thank you!

Always like this chain for its varied and reliable breakfasts and pool but this one had an incredibly friendly large staff. From checking though checkout there was always a skilled personable staff member to offer help or extra niceities. Clean and comfortable. Easy one night stay.

my accommodations in Henrietta are nice. the room is very modern, with a walk in shower , free WiFi, and good temp control. everything is clean and the staff has been helpful. it has been quiet and yet the lounge was full this morning when I went down. Glad I selected them!

Location is near anywhere you might need to go for food or other supplies. Room was nice and well maintained. The free breakfast was standard fare for free breakfast with coffee, waffles, yogurt, fruit, cereal and more. Overall a positive what you would expect stay. Very satisfied.

The Hampton Inn and Suites is located just 11 minutes from RIT. We stayed in a two queen room, with a desk, microwave, TV and mini fridge. The service was not the best, granting this a 4 star review. Breakfast was a little dry and the food wasn't too good, but it was clean.

Attending a hockey tournament at Bill Gray's ice complex. Hotel is very close and convenient. Rooms work fine for us, breakfast is good, our only complaint is pool is cold but that didn't seem to stop our children from enjoying it.

I stayed here for five nights on a business trip. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hot breakfast was a little sad, but the woman serving it is just lovely.
The mattress was hard, but I prefer that. It's close to a large shopping center and lots of recreation.
The free WiFi was rather slow, as they want you to pay to be a Hilton Honors member or just buy upgraded service for the duration of your stay.
There are a pool and fitness center I didn't use, so I can't comment on those. I felt safe during my stay. The outside is well-lit and quiet. My room was clean and I had fresh supplies of everything I needed.response / report this review -

Service was great. We asked for a higher floor and they accommodated us. Facilities were well kept. Clean. Complimentary breakfast was solid. The kids loved the pool. Would recommend.
