Very helpful staff, rooms were clean and overall experience was great. Complimentary breakfast was very good as well. Would recommend coming here.

Very polite, attentive, and accommodating staff! The room was clean, everything looked nice, and I even enjoyed the ambient music they were playing in the lobby. I would definitely stay here again!

Apparently Hilton recently changed their policy that you must cancel 48hrs, not 24hrs anymore. Shame on you Hilton. Had a unique situation in which I needed to cancel 24hrs and management would not make an exception, so stuck with paying for a room we most likely wont use. They had the nerve to think I would cancel and pay the nights fee so they could rebook the room to someone else at a higher fee?? No way, it'll sit empty before I do that.

What happened to great customer service and exceptions on a case by case scenario? Going forward I'll be reserving a room with a hotel that allows cancellation prior to 24hrs.

It's what I've come to expect from Hampton hotels. The room and hotel itself is very clean and an overall nice place to stay. Staff is friendly and helpful. Only downside is their "free" wifi, which is pretty low quality and constantly disconnects itself, sometimes requiring me to sign in all over again.

Beautiful lobby upon entrance.
The studio suite was super spacious!

The staff in the morning was extremely nice whereas I felt the night staff had slightly less patience.

Pool was closed for maintenance but only for a day. Shame, it was gorgeous.
Breakfast and breakfast staff was amazing.

I have never had a bad experience with a hotel until I stayed here. They are thieves and liars. Their maids are liars. We stayed here for an event over the weekend and they robbed me of $310 and it's been a pain in the ass to get it back ever since. FIRST of all they do not tell you about the $150 deposit fee, which is fine but they did not return it to my account. SECOND their maids said we were smoking in the room in which I DO NOT SMOKE another $125 fee. And because the bank takes so long to file a claim I was charged $35 fee for insufficient funds. I WILL make sure they suffer for this.

This Hampton Inn was a pleasant surprise given the affordable price. The facility was modern with fresh decor. The bed was very comfortable, the staff was friendly and comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast had many good options. I would definitely stay here again the next time I'm visiting Riverside, CA.

Rooms are decent sized but lack a fridge which is really annoying. The staff is very nice and helpful. The beds are comfy for being hotel mattress. Overall recommend but wish they would put refrigerator in all the rooms

The hotel is located near La Serria University, a few mile off of highway 91 in Riverside. This was my second time staying there. The hotel is very clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is a nice selection of food for breakfast. The was staff keeping everything fresh. The eating area is large. There is newspapers and TV..
