Best staff ever, Good Breakfast, Clean gym, and best of all the ghost in my room who would clean and pick up after me every day. 10 out of 10.

I don't put any comments if the hotel service is bad. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Checked in July 26 thru August 07, 2017. #244. This Hampton Inn is immaculate super clean. The front desk was fast at check in and very professional. I appreciate the way they clean my room Maria A. and Maria C. Overall all the staff are great. I love Scottsdale and Paradise Valley and all the Malls. Very near to the Hampton Inn. For runners it's nice to run very early like 04:30am in the morning no cars. You will love it here.From Hilton Honor Member.

Very nice hotel. Good breakfast, I like the free shuttle too. The beds and pillows are fantastic. The showers have good water pressure too, even on the 3rs floor.

I've stayed in several rooms at the Hampton north Scottsdale and have never been disappointed. The staff is always friendly and extremely responsive when I've had a rare issue. The breakfast is good and the rooms are spacious and comforatable.

Its clean and the breakfast is good. My complaint is with shuttle service. It is almost impossible to get booked. I have a reservation here for 3 weeks and I have had to use Uber regularly because the shuttle is rarely available. They DEFINITELY need more shuttle service. Frustrating.

The Plus: The room cleaning service was wonderful, Maria M. made sure everything was nice and in its place. The selection of food during breakfast was ok, thicker bacon is definitely needed! Midday cheese and other goodies were available as well which was nice. Everyday they made cookies; oatmeal, chocolate chip, sugar etc which I loved!! All of the shuttle drivers were great and courteous as were the staff that we encountered. The hotel is surrounded by pretty good restaurants in its close proximity.
The Bad: My company put us up at this hotel for 10 days and during our entire stay the pool was closed!!!! It was over 105 almost everyday and we worked long days in the office so when we returned to know that the pool was closed it kind of sucked! We were told to visit the pool at the Sleepy Inn, which we did. Little did we know that their pool was a dirt shovel away from being a mud pond!!! Extremely disappointed to have been set up here with no other way of cooling down and releasing stress than visiting the Tilted Kilt.

Clean rooms and friendly staff. Pool area was closed for remodeling when we were there. Provided use of the pool next door. Breakfast was very good. Good location close to shopping and restaurants.

Good clean hotel at a reasonable price. Stick to the basics for the included breakfast. Stay away from the meat and eggs to say they are different is an understatement. Don't think it's meat or eggs at all just looks like it!

This Courtyard is fabulous. My friends and I stayed here on a girls trip for New Years. The rooms are beautiful & all the staff is extremely attentive. Housekeeping is extremely detail oriented and friendly. The bistro was great lots of choices and very affordable. We had a burger from the restaurant, the burger was juicy and the fries tasty. Aside from that, the shuttle service is what really impressed me. Egger (not sure if I spelled that right) our driver was awesome, he made sure to drop us off right in front of the club on New Years eve and was very friendly the ride there. I definitely recommend this hotel to all types of travelers, the staff made our stay very comfortable.

This location is highly recommended. They have done a great job making sure I feel prioritized throughout my stay. Anything I need they work to get. In addition, they have hot breakfast every morning and a social hour in the evening. Great location! Close to some awesome restaurants.
