Just checked out from our first stay at the Phoenician. We have stayed at most resorts in the area and this resort has stood out. From the moment we arrived service was impeccable. Every single staff member was genuinely kind and helpful and all had sincere smiles on their faces.
The resort just went through major renovations and the rooms, grounds and pool are are beautiful. This just may be our new favorite Phoenix resort.

Best resort in the Phoenix area. Centralized location for quick access to everything you would want to visit. 5 min drive to Scottsdale Fashion Square for premium shopping and dining.

This resort is too notch. Great amenities including a spa and shopping, the rooms are luxurious and the room service is hard to beat. The staff is friendly and very accommodating.

The Marketplace is a hidden gem. Great stop when cycling through PV or just for a coffee stop. The pastries are really worth the trip (although they are hidden from view, make sure you walk out the interior door to see the display!)
Service is great and there are tables to sit at. So nice!

We visited and used their spa services. Despite being under renovation, the ambiance that they set up was fabulous. Not to mention the staff and the actual massages received were wonderful. We absolutely would consider revisiting once their renovations are complete.

The new renovated resort is one of a kind. I've only experienced the best at this hotel. It's located in an awesome location. Lots to do at night and at the same time it's very close to all the locations within the Scottsdale downtown area.this is definitely my place to stay.

Amazing place to stay! The staff is courteous and met everyone of our needs. The rooms were exquisite, and clean. We also ate breakfast at the hotel, and it was everything that we could have asked for and more. The summer rate we got was exceptional and they even upgraded us because it was our anniversary. I would highly recommend going back and in fact I may just stay there whenever I have the option.

Didn't go into the resort, just played golf and got drinks after. Course was great despite having 2 of the 9s closed (makes sense in the summer). Fairways and greens were in great condition and play was fairly smooth. Restaurant had your typical bar food with a fancier twist. Bartenders were friendly and attentive

Beautiful tennis facilities, kind staff, private atmosphere. Any time spent at The Phoenician is guaranteed to please and relax. The evening ambiance is characterized by mild temperatures and light breezes.

I chose to sit outside, with nothing to do. I could not focus, for the life of me, on the book I had brought for myself to read. The sunset views from the golf and tennis facilities totally captivated my imagination.

You can feel the history here. Those short hours spent in the evening breeze took me back to a most unique frame of mind. One can almost taste the nuclear ambitions of a 1950's America at The Phoenician, where even today, at the crossroads of opulence & comfort, the tastefully landscaped grounds offer any visitor an enriching experience.

Went there last evening, 4/7/17 with my daughter. Visiting her at college. Flew in from PA. Had a nice dinner at their steakhouse. Had rental car stowed via valet. On the way out gave gentleman a dollar tip and he scoffed at it and showed it to his friends as I got in my car and drove away.
I am a consistent 20 % tipper for meals and the like. I am an Oral Surgeon and routinely give free care to people who cannot afford my care. So I don't feel I am a cheap skate. It took approximately 30 seconds to retrieve my car, so I'm not sure what tip he expected.
Let's just say in my business and especially the hotel and restaurant business your team/staff are your most important asset for good business. The Phoenician has failed at this point.
    I will never return again.
    Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon.

We were told where to park and found it with ease. We were told to "take the elevators to the pool" but not what floor. The lobby was easy to find and we were properly directed to the pool with ease, but upon reaching the pool; we were informed we could not enter without a wristband and had to go back up to the lobby to get one at the front desk. Normally, this wouldn't be an issue but I had 3 kids in tow by myself. We got our wristbands and had zero issues from there. My daughter participated in their weekend mermaid class. She loved it. The staff were very courteous and friendly to me and my other 2 children who were waiting pool side. The pool area looked amazing with a splash pad, hot tub and several different pools to swim in. I have never stayed at the Phoenician but look forward to a 'staycation' to fully experience the entire facility!

This is one of Arizona's most beautiful resorts! Its very large, the rooms are very big, and every room has a great view of Camelback or pretty desert landscape. The spa is amazing - weather you stay here in a room or not, try the spa! Very courteous staff too and there is a really fun shop that sells cute clothing and handbags :)

I travel for work and usually stay at Courtyards, and I have to say this one was one of the best! The hotel was clean and welcoming, and the food at the bistro was delicious. The manager Desiree Clark, as well as the front desk staff, went above and beyond and truly made the stay perfect. They were absolutely wonderful and I would highly recommend staying at this location!!!

I recently stayed at the Phoenician back in December of '16, with my company's Annual Meetings I was blown away by the all around service. From the extra little things provided by the House-Keeping Staff when I needed a few things I'd lost, that the airlines threw out before boarding, to the chauffeured car service at 5am & 5:30am with a smile and great attitude! The Front Desk Staff was exceptionally accommodating with all the requests I had And I'm a pain in the butt! LOL!
I was also very impressed with the selection of cigars in the hotel bar. The beautiful and serene setting of the out door patio over-looking the Phoenix skyline at night was amazing, absolutely a revitalizing stay! Grant it, I'm not accustomed to such daily attentiveness to my needs at this caliber of service in my everyday life, but I could sure get use to it.!!!! To the Phoenician Owners and Staff, Thank you for the perfect few days in Scottsdale.
