Great hotel, with extremely gracious staff. The entire facility is extremely well run. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and we'll appointed. The event we attended was catered by the hotel, and was delicious. Will definitely return again, and recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Here is a great hotel. Very classy. Great views, rooms, food, staff. Yes it's going to cost you !!! But It's worth it. If you golf, hike, swim, lay around the pool and jacuzzi.
Bring the wife, children, boyfriend, girlfriend, mom and dad are the whole family. But bring the card.

This is one of the poshest, most elegant places here in Arizona. Golf resort there. U can do wedding ceremonies and a reception afterwards. Prices are very competitive. The service is top notch. Also since you are right next to the Kierland Square with Arizona's only REAL apple store, you are at the center of all things you need to do on Phoenix

We had a great time at this resort. We loved our room and the facilities are great! We took advantage of the fitness room and swimming pools. It's in a great location close to a shopping mall and other outdoor adventures. It had plenty of room for our work event and they did a great job accommodating us.

Girls Vacation Success! After selecting the Westin Resort as a second choice after our flight to another destination had to be canceled, my friends and I were concerned about how much fun we would have with a last minute trip (literally, the trip was planned and booked in about an hour). We had so much fun. The resort is clean and beautiful. The lobby smells fantastic. The staff throughout the resort were friendly and professional. The staff made us feel as if we were the only guests at the resort. The amenities were perfectly suitable for our needs - the large pool, adult pool, spa, multiple bars/restaurants. We did not golf, though the course looked wonderful. The resort is located within walking distance to the Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter. Westin provided a quick shuttle as well. Our favorite - The Rim Lobby Lounge for a quick cocktail and appetizer before dinner. Special thank you to Nick (The Rim) for proving us with recommendations for sights and must-dos while we vacationed in Scottsdale. We had a very memorable trip and highly recommend The Westin Kierland Resort & Spa!

Amazing resort. One of the best ones in the desert. Wonderful pools and environment. World class decor and service. The smells in the lobby are very inviting right as you walk in. Views from our balcony of the golf course were amazing.

I didn't stay here, only attended a conference. The place is really nice, clean, and modern. The staff is friendly and helpful. I took off a star for two reasons. One, I would've liked it if there had been more outlets available in the rooms. Secondly, I wish there was more variety of beverages than coffee and tea during the break.

Good: Nice Resort, clean beautiful and well maintained, friendly staff.

Bad: Super expensive. Most restaurants are not open late, just one bar that really really over charges for some items. Think very small quesadilla for $14 that would barely feed a small child but the nachos are the same price and would be a full meal for 4 people, and other then a burger which again is the same approx. price there isn't much of a meal option. Water park closes early too, and then the adult only pool becomes open to everyone of any age. If you plan to attend a convention/event here you won't be able to access most of their services that you are apparently paying huge amounts for because they close too early.

We had family stay overnight and we just met them at the pool, but it was really fun! Our 1 year old and two and a half year old both loved the pool, and there were lots of kids all playing. The adult area looked nice, but we obviously didn't go on. Also, the staff were super friendly and nice, helping us and answering questions quickly. Parking is expensive, which is unnecessary, but that was our only complaint. Definitely thinking of staying there after visiting the pool.

This place is wonderful, great pools, inside is beautiful. Food is good. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is at one of the restaurants in the hotel I had breakfast and didn't have that good of service. Waiter seemed to want to serve everyone except me and I'm not sure if he just saw me as one person and thought "Oh she probably won't tip very much" or what. I kept looking at him after I finished my meal and my plate had been taken up by another staff member to hint that I needed my check and he would look at me and quickly look away. Had to call at him to finally come to my table and when I said I needed the check he tried to hand it to me and walk away but I had my card ready and it seemed like I was bothering him. But hey, all in all this resort is very nice and I would come back

We spent our weekend here and it was a great hotel. The amenities were amazing and there was plenty to see. The view of the golf course as you walk in is suprisingly beautiful, I didn't even think it was going to be on the other side of the entrance. Awesome rooms, good food, nice cafe, gift shop/convinece store, and snakes! The pools were really nice and super kid friendly. We enjoyed a cabana during the day and it was awesome. The ground was SO HOT during the day, I wished they kept the ground cool somehow for everyone, it is a serious hazard. My mom had trouble with getting refills of lotion in her room each night, she was there a week. I tried out the gym, but so did a bunch of other people so it was a tight fit. I loved how close it was to Scottsdale Commons, it was a great location.

Beautiful property. Try Deseo. Great food, difficult menu. The couple of bars were great for drink but not for food. Clean place. Great pools for both families and adults. Friendly staff.

My family spent a week at this hotel in 3 different rooms. The hotel is very clean and modern. Anytime we had questions or concerns about anything the staff was on it. A special thank you to Kristy and Eric for everything they did for us. I wish all hotels had such a great staff.

One of the nicest resorts in Phoenix and ir Scottsdale. Beautiful landscaping, pools, lazy river and a surf rider. Excellent and beautiful golf course. Love the friendly staff at the resort. They are all happy with smiles on their faces, no matter what area of the Resort they work in.

Was welcomed with chocolate covered strawberries in our room - what a great place to celebrate our first anniversary! Also, big props to Victor at the pool, he saw I had spilled my smoothie all over myself and helped clean up them brought me a replacement without a single word. He is a prime example of great customer service. Go Victor!
