The Kierland Villas have really nice furniture from a recent renovation. Its also adjacent to a top notch golf course and many shopping areas like Kierland Commons and Scotsdale Quarter. The Villas also have a nice 24 hour pool and another pool thats more kid oriented. Internet is included and fast. Top recommendation for golfers and shoppers, especially around the holidays.

Rooms are nice and complete. Torches lit at night to guide you. Nice pools complete with cabanas and chairs. Fireplaces and plenty of chairs near the bar.

Very nice property. Our 2nd stay here within the past two years. Rooms were updated since last stay. Grounds very nice and manicured. Bar seating cushions and table chair cushions around pool bar area worn and need replaced. Parking was very tight during both stays. Love this property.

We do a staycation here every year and absolutely love it. The villas have everything you need, and the rooms are very modern. Additionally, the property in general is beautiful and in a great location.

We booked this as our family trip before school starts and we are truly impressed! The villas are spacious, clean and makes you feel at home. The staff is extremely helpful and ready to assist you 24/7. We can't wait to go back and stay here again.

I booked the villas for family attending my daughter's graduation. I was very impressed with the size and luxury of the suite. The grounds were beautiful and the room had a gorgeous view of the mountains and golf course. The pool was fun for everyone and my kids had a blast on the slide. Pool side service was excellent. I will definitely come back with my family.

Spent a week here and the room was great. Newly renovated made the overall room great. Steam room, sauna, pool complete with a great slide, and an adults pool. Had a great time, the only drawback was that the villas are not actually located next to the resort itself. The villas are self contained with their own pools, spa, gym, and marketplace. The resort itself is much larger and has all the restaurants and things you would expect of a westin resort but to get to it you have to walk for 15 minutes or take a shuttle. Having stayed at other Westin resorts the setup here was a little different, all the people are more concentrated at the resort then the villas but this is a plus for those that want the pools and gym without the hotel feel or being surrounded by lots of people. Overall I would recommend it and would stay again.

Stayed here for a family event. Everyone was very nice and friendly all staff was helpful. There is a shuttle that can take you back and forth to the resort up the street and to the shopping center across the street. If you have any suggestions you can ask them for a card and put it in the box. Everything was nice just few things in room could have been a tiny tiny bit cleaner when it came to bed sheets and comforter found few spots. And the bath tub are a bit too deep. It is nice for the jacuzzi tub but it is a little small and in a odd oval shape it is little hard getting out of as well have to be careful. Also just as they have water in villa lobby they should have water in main resort lobby as well. Other than that we needed a fridge to leave a few perishable items that didn't fit in the room fridge and they were very accommodating about it. They also have very nice pool area and show movie in villa pool area at night very cool idea. Fun games around the area for kids and surf wave machine. Overall I would still recommend and hope they continue to keep the friendly and helpful staff and just keep the beds a tiny bit cleaner.

We bought a vacation ownership here during early construction. We have had no regrets at all. This our home resort but we are not obligated to come here. Many others to choose from including Hawaii and the Atlantis in the Bahamas. This resort is top shelf. Several on sight dining options, as well as a spa and 27 holes of golf. You are not confined to the the grounds of the villas. You have full access to the Resort as well. Kierland Commons is located right next to the Westin. It offers many, many dining choices as well as plenty of shopping to keep the Mrs. happy.

The staff is very nice and helpful. The entire property seems brand new. Classic, new Courtyard setup. The Bistro still doesn't work for me. 5 minutes to get a coffee. 10 minutes to get breakfast. Not the staff's fault. Just a really bad model for business travelers. My family came on this trip so the Bistro was OK for them. No advice needed on the rooms. Each floor looks new and has good surroundings. The room walls are thick I but I could still hear Harry Potter playing in the room behind us.

Again, staff is wonderful, Bistro bad idea and Courtyard needs to get some up-right bikes in the gym.

Lovely setting with view to golf course and quail, rabbits, birds, etc. Casual pool bar for happy hour nice as long as it's not too busy. Could hear neighbors upstairs walking around. Best feature is Bloody Mary bar, available Sat. and Sun. morning. Room looked exactly like the photo. Clean and nicely done.
