Late flight into town. We arrived frazzled after midnight. Check in was a breeze and the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise and better than most.

Decent place for the price. Hotel wasn't that great but for the price I paid $75/night is unbeatable. They also provide free breakfast which was really good.

The service team was nice and professional. The place itself is ugly. In an ugly part of town as well. For the price, you can do a lot better. If it wasn't for the cleanliness of the place, decent beds, and staff this wouldn't be a semi positive review. This place needs major upgrading, and the breakfast served could be improved as well.

A little odd to get to, but it's a great hotel if you're in the area for a conference. The free Continental breakfast is way better than most and the coffee is hot and strong. The staff was also very friendly too.

Hotel staff is "top-notch"! I have stayed at this location at least 3 times in the passed year and everyone is super friendly and accommodating.

Very nice. They were remodeling when I was there. What I seen , it was real beautiful. Only had to complaints. One was next to an interstate and it was kind of nosiy . Second we stayed for 5 days and there breakfast was basically the same every day. A good variety but could change it up a little more.

Pretty much a standard SpringHill Suites. The room was comfortable overall but the desk chair was not on wheels. This made it very difficult to work at the desk. There were plenty of outlets at the desk and on the nightstand although the 120V outlet was behind the nightstand and was difficult to reach. This is why I always carry a short extension cord.

I would say the location is easy to get too but I did pass it the first time it may need a better sign out front. The inside is clean the rooms are small but feel spacious. Staff is nice pool is small but it was fun! I say this as 5 adults and 3 kids. We have a few more days and I'll update..

Great continental breakfast with a large variety of items including eggs, sausage, oatmeal, cereal, waffles and fruit. Our A/C was not very cold in our room and the toilet constantly ran. Those were the only 2 negative points. The pool/jacuzzi/workout area is a great bonus. We would stay here again. I believe the 3rd floor is being renovated right now so I'm sure it will only make this hotel more desirable.

Nice sized rooms and a pretty good breakfast. Enjoyed the separate couch/sitting area. Nothing fancy but a great bargain.

My son was dropped off at the wrong location during a soccer tournement in Phoenix. His phone was dead and he tried to get them to look up his room as he thought this was the hotel he was staying at.(correct hotel, wrong location) When the clerk realized he did not have a reservation at that location he kicked my 17 year old child out at 11:30 pm in a city where he knew no one, and had never visited before!! Lost and without a phone he had to walk until he found another hotel who would allow him to use a phone to call me. How could you turn a child away without helping him find his family/team?!? It was an innocent mistake that landed him there! He had a room within your company and had his pool card to prove it. How simple would it have been to have some compassion and help him to call someone and get him safely to the correct location a few miles over?? Whoever the desk clerk (male) was working February 17th at 11:30pm should be ashamed of his insensitive behavior. I hope no one ever shows your children such disregard for their safety. I will never spend a dime on your hotel chain again!!

My wife gave a review of this place the other day and forget to mention one of their best employees. Juan the Janitor has keep that place clean and is always being a security guard on his spare time to make his guests feel safe. Great guy with an awesome personality, been here for a while looking for a home and feel like he has really became a friend and made me feel at home. The rest of the staff is also very awesome just like my wife mentioned. The atmosphere over there is exactly what you are looking for while traveling.

I love this hotel! Front desk staff is very professional, kind, and cares about your needs. The breakfast is much better than any other continental I've had, with the crew being clean and very attentive. I would highly recommend staying here, it would definitely be worth it over other places in the vicinity. Shout outs to Ashley, Gilbert, John, Stan, Ambar, Josh, and Tana. You guys made my time over here wonderful!
