12/8/2017: I would rate the staff really well, especially Dani and the Chef in the mornings in the breakfast area. They are awesome! Very friendly and always smiling and helpful. The rooms are spacious, pretty clean, and comfortable. There is a good choice of food and most of it is made to order and quick. Good amount of breakfast options from omelletes, bacon, sausage, waffles, cereal, toast, bagels, fruits, muffins, yogurts etc. There really isn't much else around the area though or anything to really walk to. A car is needed to get around and I haven't tried the shuttle service. The food is a little over priced for what you get and the quality. The Taco Tuesday Special was kind of a rip off. 3 Tacos for $12. They are basic tacos that can be made at home and in no way are worth $4 a piece. Not even the best authentic Mexican places charge that much per taco. I was really hungry and already her so I ended up paying $24 + tax + tip.

This is my third time staying here, but this time is where I had the worst experience. Yesterday the hotel suddenly ran out of hot water at 7:00 AM. Had to take an ice cold shower which was a rude awakening. Then later after coming back for the evening, I noticed that some of my stuff was just gone and I was really upset. It was some expensive after shave balm and cologne. I immediately talked to the front desk, but nothing could be done because it was so late. He said he would give a message to the manager to ask around if possibly someone accidentally through it away, but the spot where I had the stuff it couldn't have accidentally been through away and the after shave was inside my travel bag. I'm still staying at the hotel and a day later the manager hasn't reach out to me about anything or even possibly replacing my stuff. I will be coming back to stay here in a few weeks, but I have no choice since this place is a block from the office. Next time I will decline cleaning service all together.

Great hotel and friendly service. The breakfast was expensive for what you get though. Stick with the continental breakfast.

The room was big. Bed very comfortable with mini fridge and coffee machine. The only draw back was their internet password did not work and had to wait for their IT technician to give me a call. I just used my own hotspot. Breakfast available early, with lots of variety. Bagels, toast, cereals, fresh fruit, and yes eggs and bacon.

Great hotel in north Scottsdale. Seems to be on the new side. Rooms and facilities are super clean. Quick access to food, shops and the 101. Highly recommend.

The staff was very nice. The room was even better. We had vaulted ceilings, spacious room to move around in. Jetted tub was very helpful with my husbands aches and pains. Towels were just as soft. Microwave, coffee maker, and fridge came in handy too. Shower had plenty of room for the both of us. Had such a great stay, we're already making plans for our next stay! Thank you!

Great hotel. Has a restaurant/bar (or room service for same price), small general store, pool, and the rooms are nice too.
Staying here in 100 degree weather and so far the room is holding at 70 just fine.
    Highly recommend!

While we were in Scottsdale, AZ, my husband ended up in the emergency room with 210 high blood pressure and also discovered an aneurysm so he was committed! We just changed into a new car which I have not driven before and was in an area totally foreign to me! The manager, Mr. Trent, heard about my situation and that I got lost for an hour finding the hospital, had offered me every assistance and comfort! He is an angel the Lord had sent me in time of my devastation! Not only did he shuttle me to the clinic , showed me where the gas station was, and paid for my gas, he even wanted to follow me to the hospital to make sure I was safe! I stay in hotels a lot but has never had such kindness and help, the service was above and beyond my wildest imagination! The whole staff is like a flock of angels to help me through this difficult time! I love all the staff members there! I would not stay anywhere else! Thank you so much!

Upon our arrival everyone seemed to jump for joy; very happy and sincerely interested in our welfare. I was very impressed with the gentleness and kindness of Kristy Dodd. She was attentive and went out of her way or beyond expectations to make certain we were welcome.

Nice hotel with a decent pool area. Breakfast is expensive (not included) which I find frustrating. Also, the "free shuttle" isn't actually for all guests. It's only if you are there for business and need a drop off in the morning. They will NOT take you to any other establishments, even if it's less than a mile away. That was a little misleading.
