Hotel was very nice and had a beautiful entrance and lobby. The room was clean and spacious, offering the typical amenities of in-room coffee maker, fridge, and a separate tub and shower. Lack of an M Club lounge was disappointing.

A truly superior experience! Everything about my visit was superb. I was there for business. The conference facilities were well maintained. The workout room was well equipped, and had a wall full of windows - no claustrophobia. At the front desk, Richmonde was beyond helpful. The room (this is an all-suite property) was immaculate, well appointed, and very comfortable. I was on the ground level, with a patio, and enjoyed watching the quail play during some down time. Restaurant staff were also delightful, offering ideas and suggestions on my visits. Portions were appropriate for the pricing, and the food was delicious.
Bottom line, I would come back here in a heartbeat!

The scent that's pumped into the lobby is a bit overwhelming particularly in the evening but the staff was friendly and nicely professional. The amount and placement of outlets in my room on one of the nightstands was good and made it easy to read the news in bed and charge up my devices. The rooms had very good, up to date design.

Nice facility , service was great .. stay cations are always fun. Never know how the stay I'll be but it's now my 3 rd visit here and I can definitely say the staff is attentive when you have an issue it's addressed promptly and results are made .they take pride in third customer service that's why the service is consistent every time and actually gets better every time I visit . Great work the property is spotless no trash anywhere and rooms are super clean as they should be. Housekeeping busts their tails to make sure everything is done so I notice every little small detail and this facility gets an A++ rating and a PASS from me. You won't be disappointed. Enjoy. Thanks management and house keeping for working as hard as you do, most prob don't even notice it but I for sure do. You are definitely appreciated by me. Thanks again .

Lovely, clean hotel on golf course. Wonderful accommodating staff were so helpful getting us requested information and arranging shuttle rides. Unfortunately, frequent planes interrupt morning conversations over breakfast on the patio. Food was above average.

I surprised my wife by booking a nights stay here, we live here in the valley, and it would be a great way for us to celebrate our 22nd anniversary.
We are Marriott rewards members, and the stay would be free.
We arrived around 430 pm yesterday, and were promptly greeted by Catherine C.
She was smiling, and welcomed us, asking what was the reason for our stay, we told her we were here to celebrate our anniversary.
She congratulated us and gave us our keys and perfect directions to our room.
Our room was perfect, very clean, very nice and cozy.
We went to dinner off property, when we arrived back at our room we were surprised with champagne, and chocolate covered strawberries, with a note from Catherine C.
Congratulating and welcoming us for our anniversary.
Her kindness, thoughtfulness and smile will be the reason, we will come back, and the reason we will share our incredible experience at your hotel with our friends and family, we have always had great service, staying at Marriott hotels, but nothing this extraordinary.

This was a great hotel with very clean facilities and amazing service. The view is also a plus and it has a golf course and everything else you would want for a overall extraordinary experience

The room was great. We weren't expecting a suite (the hubby just booked a room for a weekend getaway). The pool area was fantastic. We enjoyed our 2 nights here and will be back. Very relaxing.

The room was amazing nice and spacious. Everything was clean and put together. Pool gym were also great. I was on the first floor with my patio facing the parking lot and the room location was also great I liked that there wasn't a far walk from the car in the heat.

We experienced excellent service from our server and a member of the kitchen staff on a lovely patio overlooking the grounds. Great value for the money was achieved with an Entertainment coupon. The Mahi Mahi tacos and craft beers were a tasty combination. The Marriott Hotel architecture including a striking courtyard, passageway and stonework was very well done.

This Marriott has more of a resort feel. It only has 3 levels and the architecture typical of the area employing red stone. It is situated on a Golf course and has nice views from the balcony. There is nice outdoor seating overlooking the pool that can have a pleasant breeze and is the perfect environment for a drink on a cool early spring eve.

I never have the time to make reviews but this hotel and its employees deserve the time and credit. This hotel is an incredible property with by far the best customer service of any Courtyard in the Country. Kristy in particular is phenomenal. They are always willing to go the extra mile to make sure your stay is perfect.

Stayed for the Phoenix open. There were so many people but the accommodations were still too notch. The view was amazing. The a staff was attentive. The rooms were spacious and well kept. Great experience overall.

Arrived at the front desk to check in and was told they just gave away our room and the next one will be available in an hour. 4 hours later we called and they said the room should be ready shortly. In the meantime were told to walk to a restaurant near by for lunch. That walk turned out to be .9 miles away, so in my opinion a 20 minute walk was a poor recommendation and the least they could have done was offer a ride. Then when reviewing our check in information they said that they charge $50/night convenience fee that is potentially refunded at the end of the stay It wasn't. Our room was very small, the A/C was turned off and could not be turned on from the room. We had to call the desk, be transferred to someone else, he said he would turn in on and about an hour later it was turned on. In our room there were 3 light bulbs that were out and the fan in the bathroom didn't work. The walls were paper thin and we heard everything from the people in the attached room enjoying each other to housekeeping knocking on every door and thinking it was our room. The only staff that I would consider friendly were the gentleman working the bar at the swimming pool. Woke up to our check out paper being slid under the door and of course the "resort fees" were not broken down they were just part of the nightly fee. My wife and I will not stay here again or recommend this place to family or friends.
