Similarly good to other Hampton Inns but the staff here are exceptionally helpful.
Quiet night even though near I-17. We'd definitely stay here when in North Phoenix. It's our second visit.response / report this review -

Hampton Inn has become my go-to hotel when traveling for work and this location is one of the reasons why. The rooms are super clean the fitness center is more than sufficient and the staff is fantastic. The area around this location is very safe, great for jogging outside at nights and has tons of great food options.

We stay here once a year now, Everytime we come into town to visit family and friends, it just feels right. The staff feels like family, breakfast staff runs it like a real restaurant, the buffet is outstanding, variety and real food. Kinda miss the staff they're so sweet.

We are currently staying at this Hampton Inn. Our experience has been amazing so far. We were crazy and decided to drive 20 hours to get here instead of taking a plane. We arrived in Arizona early, tired and looking a mess 😳. I called and they were extremely kind and allowed us to check in early. We walked into a nice clean room. After a nice shower we crashed in the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. So far it has been the perfect experience! Thanks y'all

Wow! The manager Candace really knows how to make you feel special! She went above and beyond to accommodate my family when an unexpected circumstance forced us to reschedule our stay. When we arrived the following week, she chose me as the guest of the day and even had balloons in our room for my sons birthday! The staff was amazing! We will definitely be staying here in the future! Thanks Hampton Inn!!

Pillows were too soft. Gave no head support and the digital key feature didnt work. Other than that it was a good stay. Would do it again.

Location was near other hotels, so a short drive is necessary to get to a variety of restaurants. The rooms were comfortable, very large bathrooms. Beds were comfortable, clean sheets and all. Breakfast was very good, I recommend making yourself a waffle. Wifi is a little difficult to get connected to, but it worked itself out.

I came to Arizona for work so got to hotel after my work day. I surprised to see a welcome sign on the desk with my name on it. It said hampton inn and suited welcomes Rachelle C. As our guest of the day! I got a hand written. Note from the day manager and a free snack from their snack shop. It was amazing. Checkin was speedy and the room was great. I will come back to this location every time I'm in arizona!

Very nice hotel.
This is one of Hilton's brands and they have a good setup, similar to Courtyard or Hilton Garden, where it's all about convenience.
This middle of the road accommodation is the type that was served by Travelodge or Best Western back in the day, when "motels" were more common.
Here you check in quickly. The rooms are in a hallway like a hotel but fairly accessible like a motel. The rooms are clean and have plenty if towels and places to plug in your cell phone.
They have breakfast included which is not a "full" buffet, but does have waffles, cereals, oatmeal, pastries, toast, etc. plus fruit, juice and coffee. Free newspapers is a plus.
People who work here are very nice and check you in efficiently.response / report this review -

Friendly, professional and helpful staff. The hotel is very clean and pretty. The room was wonderful, comfortable bed and nice smell touches to make it feel welcoming. Requests were dealt with quickly and we had no issues at all. I would stay here again!

Ryan McKenzie, General Manager walked around greeting guests at breakfast inquiring about their stay at Hampton Inn. He was very caring and engaging to my husband and myself. The breakfast staff went above and beyond just to locate tea and bananas for me. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very attentive and helpful. I needed to extend my stay once I arrived and the front desk staff was great. The hotel was booked and they checked in with me everyday to let me know if space had opened up. Very pleasant stay all around.
