I'll try again. I stayed here a number of months and found it a great place to stay. The staff was very helpful, friendly and pleasent The manager was professional and the place was clean and I recommend this place to anyone.

Stayed at location several times, but this last stay was about a week. The toilet had poop on the side and had not been cleaned properly on arrival. Dirty towels, stained sheets, thin walls, always heard the neighbors TV up loudly, everytime my husband called, they said they would go check it out but never did. This happened nightly. The last night there they refused to change our room. Found a bed bug on my pillow that I almost placed my face on. My husband had bites on his back, arm, and hand that were itchy and formed welts. I believe he got bit by bed bugs. Maid disturbed me one day and asked if I am checking out which I wasn't because the room was reserved. The hotel staff cannot speak English very well, however they understand but choose not to answer you. Only stayed there because I didn't have any other choice at the time.

Good location, quiet, and friendly staff. However, the room was very humid and the bed sheets were dirty upon arrival. I stayed for two nights and after my first night, room service took out the trash and replaced the towels when I was away but they did not change the bed sheets nor make the beds. You get what you pay for though, I would stay again.

Ok place standard issue but some strange reason they are really stingy with their towels. Funny but they are.
Floor was very slippery.
Had spray cover clean smell in rooms.
Rooms numbered weird too.
And so is the entrance to the place. Whole place is miss leading.
From the start. Got what they charge and you Duke it out with them. Better ask for towels because there were none in our room.

We made reservations 2 queen beds and a pet. We got there and no pet rooms were available. Went to motel 6 got a great room. Super 8 still charged the card even though we didn't stay there!!

As soon as we pulled in, we noticed a lot of garbage in the parking lot, which says a lot about most of the people that stay here. Very seedy low life people hang out in the parking lots late at night into the early am hours and try to go through vehicles. Husband caught some people with flash lights after he got out of work at midnight looking through vehicles. Please if you have a pickup do not leave valuables in the back. Music was loud in the lobby area until just after 10pm which I could hear in my room right near the lobby and did not appreciate. Now the pros: No smoking signs posted, which is nice. I didn't have to smell any type of smoke at all on the first floor. I paid in cash and DID receive my $100 cash deposit back, (I am not a smoker at all.) Stayed for one night. A lot of TV channels which was great. GM upon check-in was pleasant.

I was at the Super 8 for a work event. The hotel is average. Two stories but I did not see an elevator. The rooms were average, quite standard. They were relatively clean for what the hotel was. Can't comment on service as I did not require assistance.

First off the location is awesome. It is right next door to a circle k gas station, we had three places to eat straight across the street and we were right next to I10 which made it very easy to get on our way. The rooms were wonderful! We had 2 dogs with us and the staff had no problem helping us set up a reservation. The service was 5 star service. We had one of our rooms air conditioners not working right and they gave us another room right away. All in all I will continue staying at this location anytime I'm in Chandler, AZ.

Do not under any circumstances stay at this "motel". Especially if staying with a pet. I stayed because it was pet friendly and I needed a place to stay for two nights my last days working in Phoenix. I had a mess that needed cleaned up so my first mistake was I used the washcloths in the room. Second mistake was not taking the washcloths with me and throwing them in the garbage. There was no cleanup needed by maids, I cleaned up mess and placed washcloths in a plastic bag next to garbage. Apparently this motel thinks washcloths that can no longer be used should cost the customer $122 to replace. They charged me a pet fee in my initial charges for one night. I stayed two nights so they still had one night they did not charge the $10 fee. After the stay I was charged $100 for the washcloths and $20 for two night pet fee that was already half charged. The so called manager at this hotel refuses to return phone calls and now the front desk screens and will not answer my calls or my wife's calls to rectify this situation. Very unprofessional staff and a manager that avoids customer conflict. This motel is poorly ran and will surely cause issues for anyone that doesn't walk on eggshells. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

I was very disappointed with my stay. I chose it because it was in the Wyndham family and located down the street from where I had to be the next morning. I was so tired when I checked in I didn't bother to complain or move to a different hotel. Biggest issue.The bed. The photos show nice big comfortable looking beds with 4-5-6 plush pillows. When I entered my room there were only 2 tiny pillows you would find on a twin bed. Zero support. Also they bedding was scarce. Only a fitted sheet and a flat sheet. No comforter. No bed skirt. Exposed old box spring. It was terrible. You could easily charge $15 or more per room of you just upgraded the bedding.i can only give 2 stars and thats being generous. 1 star for friendly staff member who checked my in. 1 star for not seeing any bugs.

Stayed during spring break because they advertised a pool. Pool was closed 2 of 3 days we were there with no notice. Front desk staff knew nothing about it. Had poolside room and the door was sealed shut. Wifi only worked if you were in hall. Complaints to management were ignored. Don't stay here.

was looking for hotel in Chandler/Tempe area. Most were right about $200 per night. I saw this one at $58 and was scared to death.
checked out location on line (as some parts of Chandler are not nice) and area was okay. Took a shot in the dark and had low expectations.
it was an old hotel, ancient, but clean.
great staff, very nice lady at front desk.
quiet and 60% LESS than any other place.

The staff at this hotel is incredibly friendly and accommodating! The lobby and outdoor area feel very modern and inviting. The patio outside of our room provided great space to hang out with family. This hotel is centrally located, within 15 minutes of the airport, multiple restaurants and shopping is right around the hotel.
