No free breakfast as advertised. The remote was missing battery. I had to call front desk to bring a coffee maker. Very slow responce time on housekeeping. We also had to change rooms because the first room smelled like smoke real bad. My husband and I are non smokers.

Hospitality is without knowledge. Rooms are nice but room service is lacking. Have no expectations. Been here 1 week and no service at all. 1 housekeeper I spoke with could not speak English-language.

This is not the place to stay. They make you go and fund the luggage cart. They will charge you for WiFi. When you need the kitchen wear they will not bring it to you. Costumer service is bad. They look like they just got out of bed. If you need anything ask for Brittney she will do what you need. She is the only shinny spot at this place.

Good clean hotel. Booked a room with 2 queen beds. Room came with a full size fridge, microwave and stove top. This room was essentially a studio apartment. Also front desk staff was friendly when I called at midnight asking where to get food nearby. If you have a chance, go to the Wafflehouse that's like a 2 minute walk from the hotel. If you're lucky Kossandra will be there, she's a riot!

The facilities are fine. They don't have enough of the kitchen amenities (like flatware, pots, and pans) for all of the rooms, so if it's busy you might not get any.

It's Extended Stay, so you know it's not exactly going to be a bastion of quality, but for what it is it's decent. It's quite clean overall, and the staff are decently friendly.

Stayed here visiting a friend. Lots of lengthy visitors people walking around noisily at all hours of the night. No ice machine and some doors won't work with a key card. Rooms are decent though and on site laundry. For the price it's a good stay with plenty of food and other amenities nearby.

I came in late last night. The person at the front desk wasn't pleasant or welcoming. Didn't tell me about breakfast or any ememities. Just here's your key and bye! I was there for 2 other people getting checked in and she did the same to them. I don't even know if they have a pool.

Was never asked if I wanted smoking or nonsmoking (I didn't know I still had that option) but was giving a smoking room. The sheets had burn holes as well as the curtains and even the shower curtain. Overall it was okay- if given a chance I wouldn't stay there again though

This is the worst hotel I've ever been in. The rooms are old and outdated, the mattresses have clearly not been replaced in a long time, the bedding is super super cheap and made of some weird shiny plastic-y stuff. The front desk people were unhelpful and incompetent. They had no laundry detergent (!?) And were unconcerned about it. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything from the rooms around you and above you. The neighbor's tv, toilets flushing, coughing the "breakfast" is bad coffee (nothing else!) and tiny prepackaged generic muffins. When we complained they told us we could call the manager on Monday morning. When we called the manager on Monday morning they said he wouldn't be there until Tuesday night. They never offered to take a message, never attempted to make it right. Just avoid this place!

Clean enough, not updated but the in-room kitchen is convenient. We were lucky to get a non smoking room. Good location for spring training.

Best place for the price! Love that they have the kitchen and fridge. With the kids it's the cheapest option. Only thing is that their continental breakfast in the morning keeps shrinking in variety But over all. Great place!

Nice hotel for the price, the location is mostly commercial so it's a good area with easy highway access. Shopping is a little far away but manageable. Hotel staff is courteous and friendly. The rooms are clean and have a mini kitchen with stove top and full size fridge. Flat screen TV and newer upholstery. Overall this is the best bang for your buck near the airport.
