Great location by the 10 Hwy near a couple restaurants. It's has all the amenities for budget travellers who need a good meals and sleeps.

Beautiful place! My parents stayed for Thanksgiving since we are in the process of moving. They loved it and staff was friendly.

Not what I expect of a Hilton. We arrived at 2:30am - tired and the "counter" help suggested we try the hotel across the lot because his computer was running the daily audit and he couldn't check us in. Really? Tired, we agreed to check across the lot at their sister hotel. That hotel wanted to charge us more & not honor the amount at the other. We walk BACK to the original, hoping the audit was done running - had to sit & wait maybe 10 minutes. Then he was able to check us in - considering the hour of "morning" he offered us a suite down the hall for patiently waiting. Come to find it was a handicap room, the bed adjustment did not work AND it was right outside the outdoor pool area. THIS is your job - expertise. Why would you put a late arrival traveler where loud children/adults will most likely be??? This is a Hilton??? I told the desk upon checking out and he had no expression change, as if this is a common practice; said he was sorry to hear that. I'm sorry too. They need to review customer service protocol at the most basic level. Hilton should do a secret audit of customer service here but please go after midnight - 2:30am. Travelers - search the area for a better choice for your money.

A nice hotel, complete with a small refrigerator and microwave in the rooms. Staff at the desk was helpful and nice; the only complaint I could have is that the pillows were lumpy.

Hotel is located in Glendale AZ and conveniently near outlet shops, NHL and NFL stadiums, movie theaters and varies restaurants. Everything was within walking distance. My room was clean and the pool was refreshing. I would definitely stay again and/or recommend others to stay here.

Personable and helpful staff. Clean and i like that they offer water on the way out. Some beds have adjustable firmness, which I liked more than I elected. Expect interstate noise - its quite close and the higher you go, the fewer things there are to muffle the sound. Black out curtains mostly do the job. I thought breakfast would be included, but it isn't part of their standard package.

Had a 3 night stay, the last night they had a party or reception and it spilled out of rooms and into the hallways. At 2 am I called the front desk for some relief it still going on at 3 am. The front desk should not waited to call the police long before I had to make my first call.
The service I would call so so at best. The woman manager should not be dealing with customers. Thanks to Robert on the front desk for saving the day for them.
In regards to the breakfast at $10, no better that most free at similar properties. The sister property across the driveway has FREE breakfast, same owners.response / report this review -

My stay has been very comfortable. Very friendly staff and the location was off the freeway.but calm and quiet Loved the beds and there was availability for my husband to park his semi truck.

Contacted the manager due to a billing issue (over charged $110). She was snapping back at and would not listen to what I was trying to convey. When I told her she was being rude and unprofessional she said, "well too bad." When asked for her manager's information, she gave me his name and hung up. Never experienced this treatment from anyone in hospitality. Needless to say, I will NEVER stay there again.

Eh, not bad. Hotel is old. Tile in the bathroom has grout that is completely chipped away. Beds are soft and comfortable.

It is a nice hotel. The staff are extremely nice and helpful whenever needed. The gym is tiny and one of the treadmills was out of order. I stayed there for nearly two weeks and no one was coming to fix it. The breakfest was ok. A bit too oily for me.

The staff was super nice! We enjoyed the room and loved the location! We walked to dinner at Ruby Tuesday. Great place!
