This is a great location for downtown Phoenix events and Glendale. The customer service is always excellent.
I travel 70% and stay in a LOT of Marriotts and this one is by far the worst I’ve ever experienced. My room smelled so badly of B.O. and old, stale cigarette smoke I could hardly sleep, the carpet was extremely worn and actually discolored my socks, the toilet ran almost non-stop, the furniture was threadbare garage sale fodder at best, the bathroom floor was covered with pubic hair, the breakfast was horrible and my room was hardly touched each day. Anybody who rates this hotel highly hasn’t stayed in many hotels. What a dump, avoid it
My stay was absolutely fantastic! When I arrived I was told that I had been upgraded to a two bedroom suite. The room was as big as an apartment, and it was clean and quiet. I also forgot to pack a few items and they were able to provide them to be (free of charge). I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone in the Glendale area.
I was surprised for the price how nice my room was; a king suite with full kitchen. Full breakfast buffet included.
Front desk staff was super friendly like I rarely see in hotels.
Very nice property hidden in back of my usual spot SPRINGHILL by Marriott.
Glad I bought Marriott stock, a company that provides luxury at all price levels.
Nice hotel , they provided kitchen and some utensils as well. Good hotel to stay for couple of days.
Fantastic service from the front desk to check k-out. DEBBIE in the breakfast area was welcoming kind personable and very up beat
Got a great studio room with comfy bed, couch, full kitchen including dishwasher and ample storage space for $65 a night without tax. Nice pool area, pet friendly and right near a nice dog park. An exceptional breakfast buffet in the morning as well.
This hotel was by far the best I've stayed in as a poor 20 something year old. The room we stayed in had a beautiful little kitchen complete with plates and pans. The room also came with a coffee maker and coffee packets! The internet worked great even for being free internet. The only downside was how hard it was to flush the toilet in our room. Other than that I would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a place in the Glendale area!
The rooms were very clean and the lady at the front desk was so sweet! I didn't get her name but she was so helpful and she made me and my family feel welcomed. If I were her boss, I'd give her some recognition. She worked on June 17th in the afternoon
In our experience, all Marriott properties, including this one, have been exemplary. Clean, corfortable, & modern. Between the beds and the full kitchen - hard to beat.
Perfect place. The hotel provides perfect kitchen. Everyday house keeping, clean dishes as well. Fantastic breasts.
The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Staffing was friendly and kind, and asked us how our day was. This hotel is definitely worth the stay.
Been to Arizona a handful of times, this hotel is the best by far. Great staff, very polite and always saying hi. The room was great, took about 5 minutes to get our room keys. Everything you need is in that room, and it smelled great. The bed could have been king size but that is small. Breakfast is great
I'm going to keep it short because those drawn out reviews are hard to get through sometimes. This is the only well priced hotel you will get in the Phoenix area that's not frankly scary. It has great management, wonderful and very kind front desk attendees and the maid service is amazing, the janitor is a gentleman. Security has always done their job and been courteous while doing so. I've been here with my family for awhile looking for a home and they have made it feel like one.
