Very nice. Staff was very friendly. After having read the review about not mentioning the pool, I have to report that we were told about it at check in. Breakfast was good but not special. Interesting view of Top Golf and the talking stick resort at night.

Hotel staff is friendly and the grounds are clean. Fresh coffee, fruit and cookies 24-7. For all the furniture in the room, they could have given the same amount of detail to the basics. No fridge, no microwave, no safe, not even a vent fan in the bathroom. There was no ice bucket in our room, but they brought one up after we called the front desk. (The front desk clerk wasn't even sure she had one.) The hotel security measures are pretty backwards too. Room door does NOT close all the way by itself- we had to slam it shut to close it. The deadbolt is not aligned well, and it felt like it didn't really latch all the way. Nobody at the desk told us there was a pool on the premises, or that it was heated. The hours aren't posted anywhere but the pool gate had a key card slot on it. It was unlocked altogether, so we went to sit on the patio, and after about 10 minutes a security guard came to kick us out and told us the pool was supposed to be locked after 10pm. What the hell, Hampton??

Great rate, and great room. Only gets 3 starts because they do that thing where they disable your TV from plugging in a laptop so I couldn't watch Netflix. Won't go back, it's just a personal hard rule I have against companies that think they can decide what I choose to watch.

I regularly stay at Hamptons and this one is fantastic. I traveled with a newborn and the staff here had a pack and play and a refrigerator to store milk in already in the room when we checked in. Great experience and I would definitely stay here again.

This location was incredibly accommodating to our very large group for the night! They kept us all together even in multiple separate rooms. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Roberta at the front desk was so sweet and very personable!

This room has a bad musty smell loud AC unit. But what takes the Cake room is what beside kitchen banging noise this 4:30 this morning this room should not be rented out!

This place is amazing, they let us have a late check out vecause our baby had a bad night. Staffs is very friendly and accommodating to your needs. Breakfast is good. The bed is nice and soft, bathroom is spacious. Overall, everythingwas good.

Clean comfortable rooms in a great location to freeway access and shopping. Pool area is pretty small and closed off by high block walls blocking the view of the surrounding desert. Little disappointing there was no fridge in the room. Staff was friendly, over all a great stay.

WE were not as lucky as others..very rude older lady @ front desk from our check in to our check out..whats the chance of that at a Hampton Inn and Suites? thats right VERY SLIM!! we won't be back..she ruined it for us!!! BEAUTIFUL HOTEL THO..BEAUTIFUL LOCATION! and we are Diamond Elite..sad :(

Kristy, you have to know how amazing you made us feel last night! First time ever at your adorable property. The whole experience was such a surprise.
The lobby is a wow! Entertainment playing great tunes upon arrival, what a great welcome!
Cheese plate, wine glasses, coffee cups for morning..this place exceeded my expectations beyond belief. I could have stayed anywhere and don't know how we ended up there but we are so grateful! A home run!

Lovely new facility. From check in to check out, the experience was great. Staff out front were numerous and quite accommodating. Our double queen standard room with a North View was great. We were able to see the the Top Golf facility in all of its brilliance. The spacious bathroom rounded out the experience. We were also greeted with one of the cleanest pools I've seen in all my travels. Could hear the Top Golf crowd a little bit, but my niece and I had a great sit down and chat while sitting poolside. If heading to the Top Golf facility, it is a perfect location.

This place is Ok. A bit pricey for the room size. They offer free breakfast. And a free shuttle within 5 miles. Perfect for going to a ton of places, especially Salt River Fields. Room was clean. Breakfast was your standard free hotel breakfast.

My room was clean and had plenty of towels. I found the bed to be comfortable and the thermostat was set to 68 when I arrived so the room wasn't too hot. Parking was easy but pulling in while it's dark is tricky. There is an unlit median which could be very easy to run over if your not careful. This hotel offered a decent rate compared to everywhere else. I'm really not sure why but all the hotels in and around phoenix at the time of this review were 260 to 400 on average per night. Maybe this is normal there I don't get it.
