  CLEAN updated room with LOTS of space. Separate "living" area with comfy fold out couch and TV. Shower had good pressure and tub for kiddos. Will definitely stay again. Convenient location just minutes minutes from uptown Charlotte.

  Great hotel. Fastest check in ever! Breakfast food is not horrible but definitely below average. Just about anything fast food or convenience store would be better. We got a good rate but few accommodations. The workout room only has tread mills, no weights or machines. The lobby and common areas aren't quite as nice as Courtyard, but clean and modest.

  The room was really cold but that was only because we were too lazy to change it. Breakfast was good and stayed open pretty late. I had to sleep with my dad and he snored and rolled on top of me

  Ok for a few nights. Nice staff. Air conditioner would not stay on. Seemed to be limited on how cool you could get it. So when it wasn't running you got hot.

  I'd give zero stars but that isn't an option. However, if you have outdated clothing or clothing you no longer wish to see, then stay at the Marriott Arrowood who will be sure to get rid of them for you! I called 4 hours after leaving the hotel to alert the front desk I had left 4 workout clothing items in the top drawer. To make a long story short, fast forward to Tuesday (4/25/17) and I finally had to call THEM back to ask if they found my clothing. Apparently I buy extremely expensive clothing that can grow legs and walk off in 4 hours because my clothing was mysteriously no longer there. I hope the cleaning people enjoy my sweaty workout clothing that I once enjoyed. To top it all off, I'm a Marriott Rewards member unfortunately.

  If I could give zero stars I would. Brittany, at the front desk, was awful! Said my reservation had been cancelled, and there were no more rooms. Couldn't tell me who cancelled them, even though, this morning, I had confirmed my reservation, online. I went to another Marriott, they were very helpful, and could see my reservation w/ Fairfieldand it was STILL active. They even called over there to see what was going on, and the Fairfield people were even rude to the place where we are staying. I will be posting a 👎 on every website possible, and will be sure to not ever stay there. I travel a lot with a soccer team, and will make sure they don't stay there either. And because of this fiasco, I have a very disappointed son who cannot stay with his team😡

  This has been my second stay, and the staff is less than courteous.
  Their rates fluctuate more than my weight. The last time I stayed for 1 night, the fee was $81.25 (including taxes and fees). That was two weeks ago, now the cost is $50 higher. I was quoted a rate of 81.25 again--and now these random taxes and fees have been added on, and now I have to pay $130.
  
  The hotel is super clean and cozy--but between the less than exuberant staff and the random price gouging, I'd recommend another hotel.
