I like this Hotel , we had an incident and I was pretty embarrassed.

The front desk gave us the wrong card keys ( they are programed right when they are handed to you?) and wrong room number somehow? We were the only people checking in at that moment. We went to our room and about an hour later someone else started to enter our room , while I was changing We didn't make a big fuss , just asked the other people to leave. A few minutes later we get a phone call asking who we were and why we were in that room. They did apologize and stated they gave us the wrong card keys. It was just a little frustrating.

Very nice hotel for the money. Rooms are nice. We rented a suite and it was very large. Staff were friendly. Near the airport but wasn't too noisy because of it. Beds could've been a little better. Overall good value

Awesome place to stay when you visit Austin. Super friendly staff, clean rooms, nice pool and great breakfast buffet. The front desk personnel actually give a damn about you and your comfort and go out of their way to accommodate you. I was there for 7 days and no issues at all. I will be staying there again for my yearly visit to Austin.

Clean and quiet. Great service. Laundry area on site. Munchies (e.g., cupcakes, candy bars, ice cream, beverages, etc.) sold on site. Coffee, tea and hot chocolate available 24 hours.

Great hot and cold breakfast 6am - 9:30am including, pastries, fresh fruit, fruit cups, yogurt, etc.). I suggested later hours on weekends.

Pool on site, but only two wicker reclining beach chairs; 1 with cushion and 1 without. I asked front desk for additional cushion and response made no sense; only 1 cushion and seat without is for wet patrons and seat with is for dry patron.

Great place. Very friendly staff and nice rooms. Way outside of town though. Where the hotel is is fine but if you go walking a few blocks over it gets bad real fast. This has to be one of the worst parts of Austin. Don't go for any night walks alone if you're staying here.

Hotel a bit challenging to reach but the staff and courtesy make your stay VERY enjoyable. I didn't take advantage of the breakfast service but it looked appetizing. Carpets off the elevator on floors 2 and 3 need to be replaced, but the hallways were quite nicely fitted as were the lobby and guest room.

I highly recommend this hotel. It's not a 5-Star Hotel but it's very nice. Close to airport. Room was very clean with all amenities expected. The staff treated us great. My thanks to these members of the staff - Ruth, Norma, Carmen, Charles and Quenzell. I highly recommend this hotel for family vacations and business travels.

This is a wonderful property to stay when you are in Austin. The location is prime and you can get anywhere easily. The rooms were wonderfully appointed. The amenities were much appreciated. The only negative thing for this stay was an extremely loud refrigerator. I had to have it changed out because the first one never got cold. The replacement made noise all night and day. The hotel staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend this property with the caveat to beware of refrigerators that might keep you up. I am returning to stay at this property again and believe things will be good.

Okay, the last few times we have stayed in Austin it hasn't been great experiences. I want to say that Norma, who checked us in was amazing. Super friendly, funny and helpful. Breakfast was great. The room was clean. It was close to the airport but there was no noise from planes. Quiet and small hotel. Very much enjoyed our stay. The water pressure was lacking but the service made up for it.

Ruth and Jamisha were the friendliest welcoming party I have ever experienced! They were so nice and friendly, I felt like I had arrived at a friends house to visit, not a hotel! The hotel was very clean, and COOL which was very refreshing in the hot summer Austin heat.

My daughter and I stayed at this hotel because of the convenience near the Austin airport. The outdoor pool was heated, our room was clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. My daughter had an early flight so we ate breakfast to go. I would stay here again!

Very nice and clean hotel. Room is spacious and better than expected. Breakfast is great, staff is very friendly. Great location for our needs. Would definitely stay here again if we're in the area.

Clean and comfortable. Convenient to freeway and to a gas station. Austin hotels are pricey and this one is decently priced for Austin. Parking lot can be a challenge if the hotel is near capacity and if you come back late in the evening from an event. We slept in so we did not have breakfast. Our checkout timing was poorthey were cleaning the breakfast area and no coffee was available when we checked out. We like getting a cup to go when we leave. Overall, a good place and I would recommend it.
