Kevin at the front desk was absolutely amazing to us!! There was a small inconvenience that caused us to switch rooms (was not the hotels fault) and he upgraded our room at no additional cost, and added complimentary breakfast! The hospitality is great, the rooms and hotel in general are super clean. Definitely recommend.

We stayed in room 106. The room was very clean and detailed. The staff was very nice. Above all the housekeeping lady that was assigned to our room was very friendly, helpful, kind, and attentive to our needs during our stay. She deserves a raise!

Stayed in room 106, had a great view outside with the snow! Awesome experience. Has a mini fridge and microwave. Could use better TVs. And the house keeper that was assigned to us during our stay did a great job and was extremely nice! She showed great hospitality!

This is a nice Courtyard. Always pleasant staff, clean and airy feeling location, and nice rooms. This place gets booked up quick so always book in advance here.

We had great stay at the Alpharetta location. We live locally but just needed some relaxing pool time over the Labor Day weekend. We were greeted by Cody who was working the the front desk. He was was genuinely friendly and accommodating. It was a pleasant treat to see someone so enthusiastic about their job. He went out of his way to see that our stay was exceptional. Making sure that we had the perfect room. The pool was exceptionally maintained, unlike many that we see throughout the country. We talked to John the maintenance engineer and he takes great pride in maintaining the pool as well as the entire property. It was immaculate. In a time when many employees have a bad attitude about work, Cody and John give me great hope that pride and work ethic still exist.

The courtyard Alpharetta is a really good property. It's located by all of the main business parks in Alpharetta. The property has been updated and also offers an updated , healthier menu in the restaurant. The room I was given was a hypothetical allergenic room which was interesting. It had hypo allergenic covers on the bed and pillows, as well as a high end air purification system for the room Everything a out my stay at the Courtyard Alpharetta was great. I'd recommend the property to everyone

Courtyard Alpharetta is a cozy hotel with friendly and personable staff. The rooms have been newly renovated and the location is great for the corporate offices nearby. There are also a lot of great food options right by the hotel.

Rooms are very nice, clean, and well-apportioned. Conference rooms work well for meetings. The bistro offers tasty and healthy options for all meals, and there are numerous restaurants within walking distance (with even more options within a short drive). Neighborhood is clean and pleasant.

Overall, this hotel was great. Service was excellent. I requested early check in and was upgraded to an executive room because of the availability. Kevin was great. Rooms were clean on arrival. Very much enjoyed the facilities. The executive room had a huge TV and the blackout blinds were so effective. Was able to catch a solid nap. Quiet at night. Would recommend the stay here. Location is also good, very close to a plaza with good restaurants and a convenient Walgreens locations next door.

This past week I stayed at multiple Marriott properties, not including the flagship location, and hands down this was the BEST!
From the moment I entered and until I left I was treated with the BEST customer service. Holly and Kathleen were RockStars on Thursday evening and far exceeded my expectations. On Friday morning Mr. Kevin went out of his was to help me out.
The room was amazing and the bed was very comfortable. I had a concern with the AC unit and the maintenance team was quickly up in my room to take a look, no big issue.
The gym is very nice with multiple machines. The Cafe was very clean and the turtle brownie hit the spot for a late night snack.
The location is close to restaurants and shopping, including Walmart for last minute items.
One of the reasons I stayed at multiple locations was because I wanted to try them out to see which I would choose for future business trips.
The Courtyard Alpharetta was by far above the other properties and I look forward to many future trips to the location. It's conveniently located to my office.
KUDOS to all of the staff at that location that go above and beyond to take care of us travelers.

Very friendly staff, tidy and comfy room. A/C worked as white noise to mask any street sounds. I loved that they have HBO, I got to watch a few movies I missed when they were in the theater.

I had a 2 week stay at this hotel last month and have nothing but great things to say! Most importantly, the staff was amazing and remember your name from day 1. Anything you needed, they went out of their way to make sure you were taken care of. Samira is one of the evening managers and I can not praise her enough on how helpful and thoughtful she was during my stay!
The rooms were great also; spacious, updated and always clean. I ate breakfast at the small restaurant every morning and have zero complaints. The food was great and the starbucks each morning was even better!
All in all, a great stay made even better by the staff! I would highly recommend this and will be staying here again on my next business trip to the Atlanta area!response / report this review -

Location was perfect for me, because it was on the same road the office where I was working. The hotel staff was friendly, helpful, and extremely conscious of every person coming into the hotel - even the cook/waiter in The Bistro restaurant in the hotel. The room was spacious and the bed was just about the most comfortable I've ever slept in. I will be staying at the hotel again for work in a few days, and I am actually looking forward to being there again.
