I found the evening staff not very friendly. Did their job with no smiles and added no info for the area. Our room was nice but not as clean as it could have been. (I'm picky about detailed cleaning.) One of the bed pillows smelled sour of sweat, yuck. Breakfast was good.

I recently traveled to Orlando from
Ohio. Rockhill is the half way point. I spent a total of 2 nights. The staff was amazing and very welcoming. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Definitely will be back!response / report this review -

No hot water at 7pm. No maintenance. But management made up for it. Nice clean place. Comfortable bed. Great hot meal.Would recommend even with water issue. Which Im sure will get fixed. Restaurant in driving distance not walking.

The staff was extremely helpful and kept all the breakfast items fully stocked and food fresh. The rooms are clean as expected from Hampton Inn chains. I will be staying here again.

The hotel looks clean and nice From the outside and from the check in desk. But When my sons and I was able to get settled and I decided to take a shower I went in the bathroom and started the shower and I noticed that the bathroom was getting very steamy.. At that time I looked over on the wall the turn the exhaust fan on to clear the steam out of there and I notice there Was no exhaust fan to turn on.. Well My family and a are staying in a hotel because of a water pipe busting in our home And so it developed mode as well.. So With this being say it I started looking around to see if I saw any mode because I know with the steam and dry wall and the right climate it's very easily for mode to begin and sure enough I looked up on top of the shower and there the mode was ..You could see very clearly where someone has took up shot and painted the ceiling but there was more Starting to grow in the corner of the ceiling in the shower We know how serious of a situation this can lead to so we definitely would like everyone to take a look before they stay ..

We stayed for 5 days and got upgraded to a suite. It was very nice. Our room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. We will definitely return!

This was a clean hotel,nice location..easy on, off the highway. Definitely an older Hampton could definitely use some updating. We had the mini suitebeds were very worn ours sounded like the box springs were broken. But all in all pretty decent.

Not as well-kept as other Hampton's, maybe it's an older building. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling and no door on the small closet. Stayed here to evacuate the hurricane, and they definitely price-gouged the room rate for the opportunity to make profit off the situation. It was the only open room within a large radius, so at least I found something. Also, they don't mention it till you sign in, but the dog weight limit is 25 lbs and there's a $25 fee.

very nice hampton inn. staff was polite, price reasonable. room was what you would expect in clean, no odors, nice furnishings. would stay again. only took a star away because the parking lot is laid out with not enough spots, and when we finally found a place to park, we had to walk a long way to get to the lobby.

You can see it from highway but tricky to get to. Rooms are great. Showers are awesome with great pressure. Comfy beds and direct tv.
