Good clean rooms with very friendly staff. Will definitely use this for any future visits.

Pros: Beds and sheets were comfortable, shower was hot, and the wooden floors are nice. Really nice restaurant next door (Chicken Box). Cons: Keys lost their ability to unlock doors 3 times in one night, and had to be reprogrammed each time. The front door broke during the night, preventing anyone from opening it, leaving only the back door, which required those keys that were losing programming. There was also a side door with a key swipe, except that key swipe didn't work at all, making it an exit only door. The shower is short. The door to our room is slightly ajar, meaning that you can more easily hear/smell the hallway, and the door didn't close all the way without pulling it closed (meaning you have to double check to make sure that you didn't leave your door unlocked). The elevator was down for part of the night, which wasn't a problem for us on the bottom floor, but others were an issue. The waffle iron for the breakfast wasnt cooking the waffles through. Basically, a lot of failure relative to common expectations for a hotel in this price range.

I would prefer to rate this hotel a 2.5, but it won't let me. I rounded up because the bathroom was clean and the pillows were great for me. It was also close to the stadium for our trip. However, I didn't like having to slam the room door to close it, and even then it didn't seem securely closed. We used the deadbolt while we were inside. Overall, the hotel was decent for the one night, but I don't think I'll stay there again.

I liked it. Large clean rooms, very nice staff, breakfast was OK, nice pool outside although I didn't go in it. I asked for early check-in and they accommodated me right away.

I had visited back on 8/10 ended up slipping on water that was leaking from the A.C. I reported to the front desk they just said oh okay. I asked if something could be done about it. I was told that she couldn't do nothing she would have to wait for the manager. I then called to make a formal Complaint. I was mailed a letter and told they would look into it . I even emailed pics. and nothing. Its been almost 2 month's and nothing. Dont think I will be recommending this to anyone needs better customer service.

I thought my rig was going to get broke into. It was being cased and I chased them off. The night attendant was very cool and kind to let me pull the 26' straight truck with a car trailer up to the side by the front door and he kept an eye on it.so that was nice. The place wasn't very clean either. We couldn't wait to get out of there.

The rooms were very nice and they staff was friendly. The only complaint I would have is that they breakfast provided was not that great. The waffle iron would not cook the waffles completely and that wad the only hot option besides cold cereal.

Take care to inventory *every* item in your room against the manager's threatening sign on every desk. This property does NOT have comforters, for example. Other items are simply missing. Traveler beware.

Value for money - not a super fancy place. The rooms have laminate floor instead of carpet. Feels clean good to the feet. A good restaurant nearby with access to major highways.

This property is horrifying. My bathroom was filthy and I cleaned it myself & then the front desk got very rude because I took supplies to clean a bathroom that should of been already clean. I spoke to rudely , I will never understand why staff would feel its okay to be rude to guest & expect them to return.

Beds were nice, but had a problem with the Air Conditioner and with the heat this summer it made the stay miserable. I'm a very intelligent person and to be played off as if I were the reason for the problem with a simple minded explaination was an insult to me. I know how to turn a knob.

Cozy little place with clean rooms and friendly folks at the desk. The rooms were pretty spacious, which was a pleasant surprise. Free breakfast was pretty neat with the make-your-own waffles, too.

The rooms were nice. I always stay at red roofs and usually I'm happy with the quality to price ratio but the staff is incredibly rude. They immediately get defensive over just a simple question. I definitely won't be back. My friends and I are road tripping from Ohio to Miami and if the red roof inns in this franchise all hire these kind of employees I'll be staying somewhere else until I get back up north.
