Wonderful experience staying here. Room was nice and the bed was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful.

It was fine, considering the price. The room was clean and all the appliances I used worked. Towels and soaps were replaced during the day. The free breakfast was not very good, but I think everyone else staying there already knew that.

This place was disgusting. Stains on walls. Bathroom really nasty. Smells horrible. Out dated on everything. Towels are the size of hand towels. And on top of all that no hot water. I asked to move my room and they didnt have hot water in any rooms. Never again. Do not go there. Staff are really nice though.

Have stayed in more than 30 different super 8 hotels in the past 10 years I can honestly say this is by far the worst! You are greeted with notice you have 15 minutes to change your mind.and a do not tow note for your car.by the time you get your room cancellation time is expired, your room may have been used as a kennel, worst ever

The only reason I’m giving one star is cause it made me to post this but this was the NASTIEST hotel I have ever stayed at. There was snot on my bed sheets, bugs on the ceiling, the toilet was clogged already and not to mention we had no toilet paper or soap so we had to chase down a janitor, there was burn holes in my sheets and I had a NONSMOKING room. The floors hadn’t been cleaned in probably 20 years and the walls had water stains on the ceiling where it had been leaking. I called and complained to the manager about how nasty my room was and actually cancelled the second night I was supposed to stay and they will not refund me for my horrible visit. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS MOTEL. TERRIBLE PLACE!!!!!

The check-in process was extremely quick and easy and the employee was very pleasant. We were in town for an NFL game and the Super 8 was only 7 miles from Bank of America stadium. The room could certainly use a makeover and new paint, but it was clean. Beds were comfortable and the AC unit worked well and was super cold. We got what we paid for; a cheap, clean room that was close to the stadium.

Utterly Disgusting. Hands down worst hotel room ever. Horrible strong smoke smell, blood and grime stains on walls, cigarette burns in sheets, mold growing all over bathtub, ripped and stained lamps, dirty floors walls and doors. You will feel so disgusting and itchy because of all this, you will want to sleep in your car. Definitely not clean enough to use shower. I urge you to spend just $15 more for a different nearby hotel. You will at least have to go spend $10 on candles and air spray to make their rooms breathable. Ugh. Yuck!!

Great bed. Good hot shower. Really nice lady that checked us in which is why we stayed. The tub, floors, walls, and furniture are just filthy. The bath towels are too small. We really like the location and need a place to stay for three days every 8 weeks. We are hoping it gets better here as they seem to be new owners.

Location is right off the 77 where acess to Charlotte downtown is quick. But the rooms are dilapidated and worn down. Not a very well up-keot hotel. Electrical plugs are heard to reach and shower barely drains. The ceiling has paint peeling away.

This is the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed at. Very dingy, smells like mold and extremely unclean. I was afraid to put my feet on the carpet. I have paid less than $50 and stayed at hotels/motels that have been in much better condition. My bar wasn't very high especially when I was looking for a last-minute and inexpensive place to spend the night, but some level of "standard" must be maintained.

This hotel was chosen because of its close location to the airport. The staff is very friendly. However, this hotel is the worst Super Eight I have ever visited. The buildings are old and very dingy. The floors are dirty. The bathroom is antiquated. There wasn't even a plug for the bathroom tub. The free breakfast contained no fruit, and we visited the area before 7 am, so it wasn't because of guests. In previous hotels were very satisfied with the supplied breakfast; here it consisted of dry cereals (Cheerios and Fruit Loops), fake orange juice, and beards to toast. I would not stay here again.

Great service when checking in. Outstanding beds. Television inside of the mirror was a great touch. Your staff were genuinely kind and professional. The location is outstanding!! Probably the best in Charlotte.. Shops, food, movie theater, groceries store, mall etc.. were all in walking distance. Great experience. Will share with all of my friends!!

The room I stayed in had massive damage to the ceiling. The fan in the bathroom didn't work at all. The TV is an old tube style with zero additional inputs. The room was super cheap, so I guess you get what you pay for, and I'd rate it at least 3 stars, if not for the roaches. Some of my lights simply didn't work.
On the bright side, there's a fridge and microwave. The heat works okay, and the shower had decent hot water. The beds are pretty comfortable. Nice, firm mattresses helped keep my old back from aching in the morning.
If you're in a pinch, and need a motel in the hood, this is a decent value for your buck.
