This is a nice hotel in a good location. Breakfast was good quality and rooms were comfortable. Staff is great, this is my go to place to stay in Olathe.

They had quite a few sales going on and all check outs were open. That made the process really fast. I found everything I was looking for.

I stayed on the third floor of the hotel. I ate the breakfast two mornings in a row and was happy that they switched up the menu from one morning to the next. It seemed like they used real eggs and offered a meat sausage as well

Staff were friendly and helpful. Building, rooms, and grounds were clean and well-kept. Beds were very comfortable. The pool was a little on the small side but enough for kids to have fun, and the hot tub was fantastic. I also used the fitness and business centers which were awesome. A great price for a great stay.

Lovely hotel that hosts a staff of extremely friendly employees. They have an indoor pool and they have a 24/7 coffee table near the front lobby. Beautiful and clean carpets offer a trippy walkway to your room, which is always well stocked with towels ect. Overall you can't go wrong with this hotel.

It's a nice hotel construction is not so much you can feel it when you walk in the second floor that you are in the air and probably noisy for the first floor. But other than that it's nice clean bery good bed. Hate the small pillows. Nice pool indoors and hot tube. Nice breakfast and nice crew, very attentive.

Convenient location just off the interstate. Plenty of restaurants and shops in walking distance, but the area doesn't reward walking (wide, busy streets, parking lots everywhere). The hotel staff has been friendly and helpful, the morning breakfast above average, and the room is clean and has the expected amenities. The shower head was acceptably high for me (I'm 6'4" - looking out for the tall folks). The pool and is quite small, but would probably entertain children for a bit. The exercise room has an elliptical machine, a bike, a couple treadmills, and some weights - pretty basic.

Love this place! Always clean, food always good. Indoor pool is great for a KC staycation. Love going to Kansas City Joe's for dinner and then walking to AMC for a movie. 10/10 would recommend.

Hotel was affordable, not the newest place but not bad. Friendly staff and breakfast was what could be expected. Cookies on the front desk as I checked in were a nice touch.

This Hampton Inn is very clean and well managed. The staff is very helpful with check in and knowledgeable about the local area for dining and entertainment. This is a great location just minutes from down town and the entertainment districts.

Very clean, sadly no roll aways due to being a fire hazard, which I understand. Breakfast was great. Would definitely stay again.

The clerk at check in was super friendly. She was happy to assist me. The bed and breakfast were good.
The room was worn as some of the furniture was damaged and part of the floor was sunken in. The gym was small and didn't have a mat. The price was high for the room. Not a great value. This was probably one of the more tired Hampton's I've stayed in. It was clean though and close to many restaurants and shopping.
