  Checked in last night at the desk an a lady name Margie helped me . or so to speak help’
  I was very disappointed. there was no greeting or welcome. eyes fixed on her computer did not make eye contact or even a welcoming demeanour. I am a Mariott hotels fan . but if this is the front face of Marriott . I may reconsider my loyalty in the hospitality business the least you could do Magie is lean to greet your guests

  The room was a perfect size for the three of us. Plenty of space to sleep and move around. Loved having a microwave and fridge also.

  I left my room a little after 7:00AM and return at 8:30PM to find the room door propped open with the lock bar. Complete lack of regard for my privacy and well-being of the personal property within the room while I was away. I called the front desk to report the issue and she said she'd leave a message for housekeeping. As if that's going to do anything! Seriously housekeeping? I demanded to hear from the manager of the property! This is completely unacceptable!!!

  Maid left hairs on toilet and sink,y guess a dirty rag was used, gross. Did not leave coffee or cups for next day. No entertainment. Bar not open on weekend, only Monday - Thursday. Weird Desk staff friendly and helpful when needing things that should have been provided

  Clean as usual. Furnishings starting to get a bit dated but, In good repair. Nicely located in Overland Park. Indoor pool and spa. The spa is meager on jetting and is more of a good soak. Breakfast, included with price, is usually prompt and nicely presented.

  Clean rooms, very busy during the eclipse with travellers and baseball teams. Cleaning staff didn't address our room after the first night, but we were able to get the towels we needed. Has a small pool (only 4ft deep and only about 20 feet long) but it is clean and in good repair; hot tub was good with no issues. Breakfast selection was nice, on par with other Fairfield Inns. Overall, no real complaints. Nice enough place.

  Our room was clean and well appointed. The breakfast had more variety than is usually seen in a Continental spread. Everything was great, no complaints, but also nothing that stands out. Reliable.

  Booked this hotel online. Got a great rate. Chose the very spacious King Suite. Loved having a fridge & microwave in the room. King bed was very comfy. Entire hotel and the rooms were very clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast options were great. Location was great. Lots of shopping around and not a far drive to the events we were attending in downtown Kansas City, MO. Would definitely stay here again.

  Good hotel, my room was adequately spaceous and the bed was comfortable. The complementary breakfast was above average and the coffee, while not gourmet, was good. Overall, I would stay here again and recommend this hotel to others.

  Rooms are weirdly shaped with an odd room divider between the bed and couch. Although not quite esthetically pleasing, it gets the job done with a comfortable bed and a thermometer that works when you know how to use it.

  Good breakfast, clean rooms. Does have a hot tube at the time I'm writing this. Pretty much what I've come to expect from a Marriott.
