11:00 pm and parking lot empty, wouldn't let me park take up anymore than a single parking spot. I travel the road in a straight truck and stay at hotels every night never heard this before. Absolutely no way they're going to fill the entire parking lot. Sad sad story when they're turning down paying customers!!

Nice enough room for the price but the breakfast is really lame. Coffee is terrible also.

We had a king suite and it was perfect. Quiet, secluded, huge living area. It could use some updates with more outlets next to the bed and more modern furnishings but would definitely stay again.

Rooms were smallish, but very clean and well maintained. All the staff was extremely nice and helpful. Pool was nice and breakfast was decent. For the price you can't do better.

Nice friendly staff. Even got a call from the front desk, asking if we liked the rooms and if anything was needed. I would definitely stay here again if I'm in town! Thanks Brad!

Great staff!! Exceptionally helpful!! Hotel is older and tired. Has not been updated or renovated. Not bad. Just know what you are getting into with this one. Sparse breakfast. Older outdoor pool.

Nice rooms and friendly staff. Breakfast isn't much some bagels and cereal. Close to shopping and plenty of places to eat.

We were in town for a basketball tourney and stayed one night. The rooms were pretty good, and the beds were comfy. However, we did have an incident that was worrisome. We checked in and then had a coupe more games. When we came back our door was open a little, and we knew we had not left it open. We told the front desk and she said it was probably maintenance and they just hasn't gotten it shut all the way. She said if anything was missing to let her know. We didn't find anything missing, but it was just kinda unnerving. I probably would have found a different hotel had it not been almost midnight.

I've stayed here numerous times. Very friendly staff. Large clean rooms with comfortable beds. Continental breakfast. A/C units that work. And pet friendly.

Nice place to stay. Great location that's right off the highway. Easy access to the highway. Great shopping places and food establishments nearby. Just 20 minutes from downtown KCMO. Great service. Very friendly staff. Very good continental breakfast. Rooms are very clean and nice. Nice quite hotel. Even got a late check-out!
