Small, quaint Hampton Inn with best prices and absolutely superb staff. The staff at all levels are very personable, caring and professional. Rooms are kinda tight, but functional with typical awesome Hampton Inn beds.

I will only stay here when I'm in this area. I love all of the staff! They are so friendly! The rooms are clean and quite. The area didn't matter, when your here, they take better care of you than the pricier hotels!

Worst hotel experince. Got in yesterday, found hair on the bed sheets, called it in to front desk. Guy was nice but apparently no room keeping at all past a certain time, so i remade my bed and pillows. Today used a different towel and found 2 long strands of hair disgusting. Was told to go down and get new towels, until i asked them to bring them up. Check your rooms if you do stay here!

Don't be swayed by the location. I live in NJ and my company HQ is in Menomonee Falls. I always stay here. It is newly renovated. Clean upbeat decor. The staff is like family and the cookies are awesome. I wound up staying here a couple of years ago because the Double Tree was sold out. While I loved the Double Tree, I never went back. Typically the Hampton in is $20-$50 less per night AND free breakfast. From management to housekeeping this location delivers. It's my home away from home while working.

We were there for a speed meet. The rooms were clean. They had been recently remodeled. The people were friendly and helpful. We had to be to the rink at 5:30 am. They had some of the breakfast items ready early for us. When we come back we will definitely stay here.

Hotel rooms are nice, but front desk people could use smile training.
UPDATE: My wife left her IPAD mini in the room. She called the hotel, and they had it. What a wonderful thing to find honesty and high Morales, so I am upgrading my review. I can only say, well done staff, and special shout out to the team that makes sure the rooms are ready.response / report this review -

This hotel has some good features. It was recently updated so the design is fresh and new. The staff is also very friendly. I experienced a few issues though that will probably keep me from coming back. First of all the rooms are tiny. They make me feel a bit clausterphobic. In addition, the shower head was broken, there was only one washcloth in the room and the bed was not very comfortable compared to other Hamptons I have visited. Each of these details isn't a huge deal but together they really take away from the experience.

Currently staying for the week. This location is under light renovations. The room is unique very boutique style, similar to a double tree. It's comfortable and the staff are friendly. Overall a good stay so far. I would recommend.

We had a pleasant stay the the Hampton inn. The staff was so great. They were so nice, caring and helpful. Our check in and check out was painless. The outside was under renovation so we were a bit skeptical when we drove up as this was our first time here. We were pleasantly surprised. Our room was a double. Very nice, clean and comfortable room. Pool area was nice. The only downside was the spa wasn't working. The complimentary breakfast was yummy. We will definitely book here again.

Amazing stay! Greeted by Jonathan and Dan, swift check in. Got up to the room, worth every dollar spent. Quiet, exceptional quality. We'll be staying here when ever we visit. Highly recommended, you won't be disappointed. Kid friendly also. My mother in law said that the breakfast was nice too.

Got a double bed room for the night with my girlfriend and kids. Very convenient being right off the highway which makes for easy access. The room was a tight fit for us 4. The pool when compared to the " average " hotel is a bit small but nice. The hot tub was drained and being worked on but not a huge deal. WiFi is free but struggled to get good service up on our floor ( 4th ) small selection of food with the breakfast but everything tasted fresh and great! Service with front desk was beyond awesome. For example I went and drove down the street and saw a pizza and asked the man at front desk if they delivered he said yes and even went above going to see if they had menu there. Overall great experience. I myself would say being with my family, it was great for one night but would of found two nights to be hard just cause of the low space

The room was nice and recently remodeled. The hotel was under renovation. The location was nice though close to the highway. The windows in the room did not mask very much sound from the outside. Liked the renovation style except I did not like the removal of dresser which was replaced by three tiered wire baskets. Also, instead of a closet was a shallow wall space with a curtain to hide the fact it was a closet. The barn door for the bathroom door looked nice but if you are traveling with children it only slides closed so kids can slide it open with no help and no lock. This would be fun if I wasn't traveling with my children.

The hotel was clean and well maintained. The room was very nice with a large HD TV and refrigerator but no microwave. All the employees were polite and respectful. The pool and hot tub was also clean and well maintained. The breakfast was well stocked with both hot and cold selections. I would recommend the hotel to parents with kids.
