Room big and spacious. Pool was fun (lights kept shutting off though. We went in at 8pm). Will definitely book a room again next time I'm in Milwaukee.

This is a nice hotel with a very up to date look and feel to it. My only concern is I have stayed here multiple times but they have issues with charging double for a single stay and when I brought it to the General Managers attention he brushed me off and hung up the phone. I love a clean hotel but I will not be staying here again

Nice rooms & amenities. The breakfast offerings seem to be fresh and hearty as well.
The only thing we didn't like was it's proximity to the highway & the surroundings. We like to have sex with the window blinds open at times & this just seemed like we're in some industrial area.

This was another on the road, pit stop, spur of the moment visit. But i think we'd stay again when in town next.

We definitely expected more having the Hyatt name. It's pretty worn and likely seen better days. We've stayed at many econo lodge and Quality inn (for much less) that had more and working amenities and helpful friendly staff. The staff here was not helpful at check in at all. They acted like we had been there before. They were rude to my wife when she went to inquire about things missing in our room: "I don't know what's in your room"

Its nice but the hotel only has a shuttle van for large parties, weddings or baby showers. Customer service was good, the staff is very accommodating. The rooms are very clean and spacious. I especially liked the wall seperation in the suite.

The hotel is very nice and family friendly. Breakfast was very good over the weekend. The pool was nice, though there were some things they needed to fix. The toilets in the pool area were clogged and the motion sensor for the lights in the pool kept turning the lights off. Also the clock on the wall was stuck in overdrive, so we couldn't tell how long we were in the pool.

The hotel has next to no accommodations. About the only thing I can say is that the room is fairly clean and that's it for the lost of positives. The bar is located at the front desk and it's always a social event there at any time. It's probably one of the lest family friendly hotels I've stayed at. There are no microwaves in the room and there is one out only at night in the lobby. (they take it away during breakfast and lunch. Of you have small children that require a bottle don't expect to be able to warm it. The room has a mini fridge that is very unstable hard to open and either freezes what you put In it or doesn't cool at all. The rooms have a very dated feel from the furniture all the way down to the cordless phone in the room that has to be from the 80's The staff unfortunately was as in accommodating as the rooms, in the morning when trying use the microwave they wouldn't even en get it from the back or wherever they put it. It was suggested that we use hot water from the sink to warm a bottle! I hope this helped you if you are traveling and considering staying here as I would not ever stay at this hotel again.

I was able to get a discount since I work at the post office. The pool was nice and they have a bar inside. My sister and I enjoyed a nice drink before heading back to the room.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone, especially travelers. Nearby the highway and ton of restaurants in the area. The rooms were always clean & neat. I like how the sitting area is spaced from the bedroom area. Might I add the breakfast buffet was neat & delicious.

The room was very nice and clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good - similar to most hotel breakfasts. It's located right next to the interstate so it was easy to get around.

Gorgeous room and above and beyond polite staff. Bed was so hard it felt like I slept on the ground, not a good variety of channels are available on the television, and the shower water smelled like sulphur. However, the room itself looked very nice, everything was clean, the front desk staff was very polite and courteous, and the continental breakfast was pretty good as far as those go. Honestly, if the bed was comfortable, I'd give this maybe 4.5 stars if I could. Reasonable price, clean, and friendly.

Not bad, but not great. Hot breakfast was good, just not well maintained and ran out of food often, not a draw if you are in a hurry. Room refrigerator froze items solid (it doesn't actually have a freezer). Room design is unusual, and my view was of a foil box. Power outlets not conveniently near bed, sofa, or desk. Priced higher than better hotels in same area.

Where to begin
Run away, quickly and save your money.
Place has an institutional feel someone haphazardly slapped the latest style over.
The staff is pathetic.
The clerk was more interested in chatting up his newest Beau while a huge crowd watched March Madness and did nothing when a pre-teen boy pulled the fire alarm. A family in the pool celebrating a birthday was forced outside at night in the 30s, and Wonder Clerk did nothing.
The bed was lumpy, the elevator smelled weird like something had died under it a long, long time ago and they wanted over $100 a night for the privilege of staying there. The continental breakfast was overcooked and undercooked and generally undesirable.
Don't stay here.
