This hotel was booked through an online app. They charged for parking that wasn’t disclosed on the app. The hotel was very outdated and had a moldy smell. The carpet was old and the elevator was very old and a bit sketchy. For the price there are much better hotels in the area.

Served its purpose as a place to sleep after a concert. Pissed that their website says they have suites, thought I was booking a suite, turned out they only have one size room and their website is BS. The whole place stinks like an old ashtray and half of everything (lamps, TV shows, safe, etc) didn't work in both rooms we were occupying. Every time we were in the lobby guests were at the front desk to complain of things not working in their rooms as well.

Check in was quick, all of the staff were very friendly, our room was clean, and the inn is located only a block from The Rave/Eagles Club where I got to see KESHA live! It was a memorable night, and I loved being so close to an amazing venue!

I enjoyed the art-deco style of the building, the room was large and clean, the service was pleasant, and the shuttle service is a useful bonus. Unfortunately, the wifi was overly slow, the television was too quiet even at full volume, and the Chromecast did not work properly because of the wifi issue and the hotel media system placed between it and the tv. In conclusion, the hotel was good, but the tv and internet were not.

The service at the Ambassador Hotel was great! We had to wait for a few minutes when checking in, so the host gave us a free parking pass. The room was very clean and comfortable. I especially enjoyed the old feel to the hotel.

This hotel gave me and the other people in my room BED BUGS. The next day every one of us was covered in bed bug bites. Do not stay here. We told them and they refused to do anything and stated that we didn't get them there

Complimentary breakfast was ok. Room quality left a lot left to be desired. The rooms did not block any sound; someone using their laptop/cell phone on the above floor kept me awake at night. Fortunately moved to a different room, but that room was decrepit, had a very poor WiFi signal, and volume issues with the TV. There was also misinformation given with room services where I was wrongly told I had to pick up toothpaste or any food I order from them across the street at Ambassador Hotel.

One of our beds was missing the fitted sheet, the TV volume at its loudest was too quiet to hear much of anything, there was barely any coffee or other breakfast items at the breakfast are in the morning, mysterious marks on the bathroom wall (makeup? blood?), and the shower curtain was filthy. Also, there was a message light blinking on the phone in our room, and staff Was unable to tell us how to check it. Nice enough staff, though.

Very overpriced. Staff was friendly, but the rooms/beds were nothing special. The toilet made horrible squealing noises when flushed. Shower curtain rod was falling off the wall but, when mgmt was told, they seemed unconcerned. Probably won't return.

This place is pretty dingy. It's clean enough, but for another 50$ you can stay at the hotel across the street, which is way cleaner and much nicer. It wasn't a place you'd be wise to walk around in barefooted. The check in guy was odd our first day, not really polite and rather unwelcoming.
It is within walking distance from the rave, if your there to see a show.
The paid parking lot was full and we couldn't park there although we paid.
Wouldn't stay here again, next time I'd be at the hotel.
