My experience at the hotel was great. The breakfast was good, however I feel like there are too many carbs in the selection. The people there were very nice, and they even gave out free cookies.

Typical NYC hotel, small and tall. Rooms are decent sized. Service was mostly ok, had one grumpy front desk person, but other than that we were well taken care of. Accommodated our high school group fairly well. The students were supposed to be on the same floor as the teacher and that didn't happen.

We really enjoyed this hotel. The pineapple water they had in the lobby was amazing! And the rooms were newly redecorated and very functional and clean. All Manhattan hotel rooms are small, but this one did not seem small. Breakfast was good and the location was awesome.

We stayed overnight to attend a nearby wedding. The room was large for Manhattan and well appointed. The bed was very comfortable. We did have a problem with the valet parking but the manager was very proactive in ensuring that we were compensated for our trouble. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall a fine experience.

I stayed there for 1 night, the location is just perfect. The rooms are spacious, clean and nice. The breakfast was excellent. But what I liked best was the hotel staff. Every single staff member that I met was very nice and helpful but I have special thanks to Darius at the front desk. He was just amazing and helped me and my sister in everything in a friendly and super professional way.

One of the best hotels I've stayed in. Great location, relatively quiet rooms (considering it's NYC) and friendly, competent staff. Breakfast is lovely and fresh with a good variety. 24/7 coffee and tea with takeaway cups. Clean, modern, simple and affordable

The lady at the front desk during check in was great! The hotel is a little rough around the edges but nice. Only a sheer curtian in the room I had. Not a big deal with construction across the street, but glad this is a business trip and the better half isn't with me. ;-) Also one of the elevators was down during my 3 night stay so the wait times were pretty long during rush hour traffic.

Room was clean, service was friendly. Hallway and rooms smelled strongly of pot covered up with air freshener. Free WiFi is super slow, but if you didn't pay enough for your hotel room already, you can shell out a few bucks for a speed upgrade. I was pleased at how quiet it was. We stayed on one of the lower floors, and with the window closed, you wouldn't really hear the city noise.

Staying in Chelsea is incredibly convenient. Near most major subway lines and next to flatiron. Very easy to walk around the city. The staff was incredibly helpful and nice. The maid and facilities staff were very helpful as well. Our room had a fine view and there were a lot of tv channels and room amenities.

The ladies at the front desk + room service are 5 stars!!! It was the perfect hotel for our 3 night stay in NYC. VERY quiet and clean!!!! The lobby had a variety of choices for breakfast and refreshments that were kept full 24 hours was neat and tidy.

I can not say enough about the ladies at the front desk!

We have a professional event each year close to this Hampton Inn. We have made sure to get a room here each time. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and have asthetic appeal. I highly recommend it. It's about a 20 minute walk to Times Square (I walk a little fast).

Typical Hilton property - having status got me some free water and a decent room. Overall good service and no complaints. Nicely positioned next to transit locations and walking distance to lots of Chelsea and Manhattan places of interest.

Clean cozy room. Good size for Manhattan. Front desk people were nice. Close to cheap pizza, and shake shack. Fridge in all rooms. The room was pretty cool when I got in, it was set at 68. Perfect temp to get in and settle. The AC and heat both worked great, in the center of the room, not near the window. Breakfast included.

We loved this hotel! The staff were so sweet and helpful. The breakfasts were amazing! The room was spotless and cozy. The location of this hotel is perfect. We just loved it. We slept like the dead! We just loved the Chelsea area. We will be recommending this to anyone we know and I cannot wait to go back there again!

Location is close to a partner office I visit frequently in the Flatiron District. It's close to everything you need, including great food and the subway. Accommodations are great with lovely views. Hotel staff are super friendly and helpful. I had left a pair of sunglasses in my room and realized it after I checked out. They gladly checked the room and held onto them until I made my way back to the front desk to pick them up. Will definitely stay again.
