I was here for a company holiday party. They had a great backroom library and bar setup. Something like you would expect to see in a mansion. Great service and nice staff.

If you're hip, this is the hotel for you. Valet curtains, old time feel, a maze of bars and restaurants. Bonus, they have gluten free bread (for those of us with allergies) and very knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend for lunch, or a stay while you're in the city.

The bar area is really cool with multiple rooms. However it can also get extremely, almost night club, crowded. Despite this the service is actually very good. They have great drinks whether you want to order a cocktail or a scotch. Make sure to try their ‘fishbowl’ if you’re with a group of people.

The food and beverage options at the Nomad Hotel are second to none! The Nomad Bar (recently named the best bar in North America) is a perfect and cozy space for innovative cocktails and refined bar food. The Nomad Restaurant is a more formal space with impressive and modern cuisine. The service is wonderful and inviting and you will want to go back for another visit immediately!

Tried making a reservation for 1 night on a Wednesday because the next morning I had a meeting at the Nomad at 10am and I am from out of town. They wouldn't let me reserve only 1 night. I would understand the 2 night minimum on a weekend. but really, midweek? Way too cool for school.

The Nomad bar has the most well balanced drinks ever. The famous chicken for two at the restaurant was phenomenal. Everyone was courteous and professional.

This review is for the restaurant. Food and service was great. Had the Paradise City soft cocktail which was delicious. The duck was juicy and tender, similar in taste to Peking duck. The cherry dessert was great, though the sorbet portion wasn't to my taste. Love the decor of the place.

Ate lunch at the restaurant and it was phenomenal. Service was outstanding and the food was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend the chicken for two which lived up to its billing as one of, if not the, best roast chickens in the city. The setting is also very neat and has a cool vibe with the glass roof providing lots of natural light during the day. Would go again very shortly.

The restaurant is spectacular, with amazing service as well as food. Possibly the best hot dog in New York. It's bacon wrapped and has an excellent snap to each bite. The bun is delicious, though that may have something to do with the flawless buttery sear each side receives. The staff and kitchen were extremely accommodating when we requested a custom order. Cannot recommend The Nomad enough.

One of my favorite hotel food and beverage programs in the city. The restaurant's famous roast chicken can't be beat. My favorite outlet is the Nomad Bar though. The bartenders are in the top echelon of cocktail/ spirits knowledge and they have a hospitality driven that sets them apart. Don't miss the large format drinks and the amazing wine program.

Efficient and friendly check-in. Spacious room. Lovely (and a bit old school, which I love) bathroom. Housekeeping delivered my request of a full-size ironing board within 15 minutes, which is much appreciated. I always consider The Nomad when I travel to NYC, but often cannot stay there as prices can be a bit high. When I can, I often do.

I cannot give this place high enough praise. By far the best meal we have had in NYC. Super classy, elegant, and most of all DELICIOUS. Service was impeccable and everything was so good we couldn't decide what we liked best. I would recommend this place to anyone coming to town for any amount of time.

Truly love the vibe at The Nomad. The food, drink and service are superb. For dinner, no matter how bored you are of fowl, do not miss the chicken with truffles for two. Incredible. For lunch, the salads, scallops and the chicken burger are terrific. Mixed drinks are delightfully inventive and delicious. The wait staff are pros. They are interested in you, but will leave you alone if that's what you would like. The setting is perfect -- the bar, the library and the 3 dining rooms -- feel like extravagant drawing rooms. I come here often, and totally, completely appreciate it. (Yes, I'm gushing on this place. If you read my other reviews you will see I call it like I see it!)

Beautiful bar. Dimly lit to create a sophisticated atmosphere. The bar itself is overly ornate dark wood and is a work of art in itself. Try and get a seat at the bar if you can, otherwise there are lots of other areas, and tables for dinner. The cocktails are top notch and they had these somewhat bizarre metallic chickens which we were told we for particular cocktails. Didn't try but will do next time.
