Better than any hotel in miles. Best of all is the Cookies they have behind the counter. Bring some disguises so that you can maximize your cookie collecting. I purposely changed out 4 times to trick the front desk into thinking i was different person. in 1 day i came away with 16 cookies. So how delicious are they? I'm in town for 2 days, to visit family i haven't seen in years; and i spent one of them days getting my cookies on.

Our company had a Christmas Dinner for employees here. They had good service and offered a buffet, even though it was limited on food it was great in taste. There was also a bar where you could just chill . Definitely recommending this place for other work events . 👌

Every employee treats you like a boss and you see employees talking to repeat guests like they are best friends. Very welcoming place in my opinion. Also, you should try the spicy steak and cheese sandwich at their bar/restaurant!

The hotel was easy to get to. My mtg was in Long Beach, so, it was only 15mins away. The woman at the front desk was very nice and hospitable. The room was clean. Didn't smell bad. I was only there for 1 night, and I got there late, so I showered and went to sleep. The water pressure was good as well. Overall, it was a good stay.

Was here for a work function. The famous cookies were not served full size for dessert. Rather, a treat or snack sized version was served. The water pitchers were only refilled once per table for an event lasting more than 6 hours. Lastly, pens and notepads were not provided as they typically are when a room is booked for work.

Really liked that they had free parking. Rooms were clean staff was great. No laundry facility. Only 20-30 mins away from beaches depending on traffic. Great place to stay.

I've stayed at this Doubletree on several occasions for work and have really enjoyed my time while there. The people are super friendly and helpful. Fresh water is available at the lobby. They have free WiFi and the bar/pool area is beautiful and we'll maintained.

We were greeted with warm cookies and friendly smiles. Very clean hotel with a friendly staff. We were looking forward to a relaxing day by the pool but it was PACKED with children. Settled for jacuzzi but there were kids in there too. Suspect a birthday party. Oh, and the phone in the room didn't work. Overall it was an okay time.

Great service! Accidentally booked a smoking room. The front desk quickly switched my rm to nonsmoking and checked me in early without any problem. Room was clean and comfortable. Love the blackout curtains. Thanks for a great stay. Will stay again and recommend to all my friends.

Very nice facilities in a good location. Quality food served and delicious cookies. Banquet hall is a nice size and the catering and event coordinators are fantastic. Clean spacious rooms.

Beds were very comfortable. Hotel was nice and clean. Overall great experience. Chocolate chip cookies were just icing on the cake.

Or first room allocated did not smell all that great, but they willingly moved us to a room which smelled fine. The room is spacious and has a good number of accessible power sockets (great for laptop power supplies, chargers, etc.). It's a fairly low-key place. A luggage cart was available which we used to bring our own luggage up. Parking was free, which can make a huge difference to the overall price of a hotel stay. I think I would stay here again.
