Hotel is outdated. Very nice employees. Gym has all outdated equipment and no free weights.

Accomodations are pretty good. Only issue I had was with the AC unit in my room. I turned the temp low but it didn't run as often as I liked.

Friendly and professional staff, housekeeping is refreshingly friendly and accommodating, standard free breakfast options, great location with airport and restaurants. Rooms are clean and spacious, even with having a room right across from elevators noise wasn't a problem.

Good beds, pillows were ok. Could use some firmer ones. Love the fridge/freezer in rooms. Not the best area but there are plenty of restaurants around.

The staff is very gentle and helpful! They have a free shuttle to the airport. Every small details make this hotel a great place to stay, like the hot cookies, the good coffee, the bucket with the cold bottles of water, the decoration of the room, etc.

Very quiet, despite being across the road from the airport. Staff are very friendly and helpful. For the eclipse they put out Moon Pies and Capri Suns. Breakfast was as expected, and they had plenty of cold water by the door for all guests, not just the special ones.

I would stay here again if I was in the area. Typical Hampton experience with good linens and hot breakfast. Only real knock I can give is the beds seemed older and not as plush as other Hampton beds I've stayed at.

Great location and friendly staff. Stayed the night and had breakfast the next day. Lots of places to eat and 2 minutes from the airport. I would stay here again.

Nice hotel for the most part. Free breakfast. But small TV, not much of a "fitness center" with only a treadmill, elliptical, and a bike. Some food choices nearby, McDonald's, Applebees, and others. The bad thing was (at least on Friday mornings) there is a garbage truck that comes by at least 4 separate times starting at 130am then again around 230, around 4 then again at like 530 .banging the dumpsters for several minutes before leaving. Obviously lost a lot of sleep.

Great hotel and staff. I stay here frequently and enjoy it every time. Rooms are comfy and clean. The included hot breakfast is a great way to start the day. Surrounded by restaurants and Starbucks. Across the street from the airport.
My only complaint is that I wish they had a bigger fitness room. Small room, few pieces of equipment fill it up with no weights or open floor space.response / report this review
