Nice hotel located in Oak Ridge. Rooms are spacious and well spacious. King size bed is comfortable and I slept like a baby in it. Shower is nice and always has hot water and good pressure. Indoor pool. On site parking is free and a lot of spots. Service is really friendly. Business center is a bit tight but comfortable. Would stay again.

Awesome hotel. I live the atrium in the lobby and the view of the elevator, and they have the best pool of any hotel I've ever been to. You can literally swim from the indoor pool outside to the outdoor pool.

Very strict! Do not stay with children! Hotel hosted football tournament Battle of Rocky Top, yet complained about children in the pool! Closed pool early! Complained about kids in lobby. Complained about kids all weekend! Very rude! Was impatient with 32 kids, but sign up for tournament lodging! If you get a choice DO NOT CHOOSE THIS HOTEL FOR YOUR BATTLE OF ROCKY TOP LODGING!

The rooms were nice and updated. But the night I stayed there was an event. They played music till almost 11:00. It was hard to sleep as we were right in front of the indoor pool. They didn't ask or mention the fact the party was going on. I had booked the hotel over the phone just minutes before so they could have. The last complaint would be the bed. My wife nor I got a good night's sleep. My back hurt from sleeping on it. But the rooms and the staff were nice.

The Doubletree had great service at the welcome desk clean rooms and a very nice lobby area. I will definitely stay there again.

The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. The room has very soft mattresses, to the point of almost rolling to the center of the bed. The bathroom has mildew or mold on the walls around the shower, not a lot, but very noticeable. I might stay here again, but I would be apt to find another hotel next time.

Dog tired, we arrived at 3am. Any place would have worked for us. Rooms were clean and comfortable, but still needed a few minor touches here and there. Nothing major, just a spot of paint in one area, and find and chips on the doors from opening into stuff. Good view from our window, nice and quiet, great breakfast.

Let me just start off saying that upon arriving customer service was great. The pool was great even the rooms to a certain extent my door latch was broken but with three kids I was not moving rooms. The issue came in with the fire alarm went off and you can tell that it was no plan in place. As I came out with my three kids no Manger was in site the house keeping workers was out towards the street with service pets in hand. As the fire trucks arrived again no management in site. I placed my three years old in the car along with my other two and again no announcement only to hear again the workers say I just want my hours. The fire Marshall was the one to give the clear again no management. I will say this if it was a real fire or something of emergency they would not be prepared for it. I'm sorry for it to be just a busted pipe this place is lucky. Hilton should take the name off this property. If you can't feel safe why stay

Nice 3 star hotel getting some needed repairs and remodel during my stay. Just needs some polish to retain its status. Staff was helpful and friendly. The on-site restaurant is lacking in service level I am used to receiving at most DoubleTree hotels.

The staff is very friendly and courteous. I stayed in a 2 queen bed room for 2 nights. The room was very clean. The bed was relatively comfortable for a hotel bed. The pillows are nice and soft.
