Easily my favorite hotel I have ever stayed at. The hotel is in the perfect location with 20 places to ear close. The staff is friendly and inviting. The rooms are imaculete. The beds are the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on in a hotel and the complimentary breakfast is top notch. Cannot recommend this hotel enough!

The building seemed new and fresh in general but the room preparation was lacking. The presence of body odor was apparent right away but there seemed to be an attempt to cover it with air freshener. The TV was not set to the correct input so we had to call and get a tech to the room with the master remote to change it. There were two rolls of toilet paper in the restroom but both were nearly gone. Our reservation was for 4 people but we only had towels enough in the room for 2.

Upon arrival, we were checked in by the GM, he was so professional and outstanding. Anytime we passed by an employee either in the lobby or halls, they smiled and greeted us by Good morning/evening, I hope you enjoy your stay, and we did!!! We felt so welcomed!!! The room was very clean. Breakfast was amazing and the attendant was very helpful. We will definitely come back.

This is a killer hotel. The best, most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in all my 35 years. I even had to take a snapshot of the mattress brand as I’m buying one of those as soon as I get back home. This hotel is super clean and spacious with super modern décor and spacious bathroom.. Plenty of friendly staff on deck to assist with any needs and a noon standard check out. Great location around tons of food options and an on point continental breakfast rivaling the best I’ve ever had. We’ll be back for sure. A+.

Quick overnight work trip. Hotel was very nice and clean. Plenty of restaurants nearby, Mellow Mushroom is on other side of interstate. Staff was very nice and offered to bring anything to my room I might need. Two treadmills and a dumbbell set in the workout room. Small pool for families.

We enjoyed our stay at Fairfield. When we checked in the staff were very accommodating, welcoming, and helpful. We loved the complimentary cookies at the front desk. The rooms were spacious. The hotel has a cozy but modern feel to it. The continental breakfast had a wide array of options, and we love that there are several carafes of coffee available any time of day in the lobby. Great Stay!

Front desk was friendly. Room was clean. Shower was huge! Continental breakfast was great. The cookies really sold my fiancé ;-) Guest laundry, which was needed in our case. Would recommend. After checking out, one of our motorcycles would not start. The staff went of their way to stay hospitable and courteous as it took about 4-5 hrs to fix in front of the doors. The maintenance man loaned us some tools that were needed, front staff gave us much needed bottles of water (it was HOT). They allowed us to stay in the lobby for as long as we needed. Julie was exceptionally nice, the manager during the day was accommodating. Southern hospitality at its finest!!!

We were told over the phone they had complimentary roll away beds to use for our 3 year old. Upon arrival we were told they only had two (in a 4 story hotel) and they were in use. Our first room smelled musty so we moved. In our second room, the bathroom had a lot of orange mildew in the shower. The woman in the breakfast room was very rude.The clerks were very pleasant and helpful.

Our client John Gibson had a fantastic stay here while on tour. They were able to check in nice and easy, and relax in their room before the gig while taking care of their laundry, and after they returned the shower and fresh bed were perfect. The fitness room and free breakfast was a great start to their early morning before hitting the road again as well!
