Great facility and wonderful staff. The rooms are very clean and the location is walking distance to local restaurants and the Greenway belt line. Take a nice walk after dinner!

Large rooms, very clean. The staff was very friendly. There is a pool but I visited in the cool season. The beds were very comfortable. It's even in a great location, next to the interstate so it's easy to get anywhere in Knoxville and near the hotel were plenty of restaurants and the like but it's not right on a main drag which makes traffic bearable. I would highly recommend it.

Comfortable bed and clean room. Internet access with an ethernet cable in the room was very helpful. The staff were polite and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Friendly staff, accommodating but out of the way even when turning rooms. The rooms feel new and fresh, a nice bathroom, coffee maker, fridge, and microwave. Hamptons always have a more than adequate breakfasts and this one is no different. Top it off with a nice little pool, gas fire pit area, and gym and I'm not sure what else you need. Oh and several good coffees brewing constantly just off the main lobby. Well worth the price. Book here with no hesitation.

Great hotel!

The gym is on point! Pull-up bar, free weights, two benches, Procor machine.

Walking distance from an alcohol merchant, Publix and several restaurants.

Staff is super friendly.

100000 out of 10 would stay again.

The location of this hotel is great, but what really makes it awesome is the staff. Every person I encountered was friendly and extremely helpful. The front desk staff helped us find our way around town and the kitchen staff made breakfast a treat every morning. Top notch all around.

Their conference room was great for a 2 hour meeting! The Wi-Fi could've been better, but overall it was great.

Room is in excellent condition, all the trappings - complimentary tea/coffee/water/snacks, WiFi, breakfast, toiletries in thw room - and a very comfortable bed and pillows. Great value for the rate!

We exclusively stay at Hampton Inn while on the road and this was one of the nicest Hampton Inns we've stayed at. Very clean and nice staff.

The location is great, right off I40, close to the Turkey Creek outdoor mall with over 300 stores and restaurants. The hotel is in a quiet area despite its close proximity to the interstate. As for the room, it was mediocre not the best Hampton I've stayed in nor the worst. The housekeeping staff on the other hand was far beyond my expectations when it comes to their guest interactions, each one I met was beyond kind and helpfulI wish I could say the same about the front desk. The front desk staff was not mean nor rude but they certainly lacked the hospitality you'd expect from such position. For instance, when asked if there were many gluten free options on Market Street downtownwe got "yes". Nothing anymore specific since it was clear there was no desire to help further we did our own research using the visitors center who was extremely helpful. Overall it was an average experience, I may look for other options next time.

Hotel was easy to get to from interstate. Lobby was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. The room was in great condition without any complaints.The breakfast was an added bonus. Would definitely recommend staying here.
