Out of all the Embassy suites we have been to, this is our favorite. My husband and I go here often. They have a fantastic manager reception. The staff are very friendly and the environment is so welcoming. The bar tenders remember the drinks we like and always keep our glasses full, even during the free managers reception. The rooms are also amazing, I difinetly miss those sheets when I have to stay elsewhere.

Ate at the flying spoon. The pizza was over $20, so I expected it to be well made. The bottom on the crust was cooked and the top was still dough. A terrible meal. The menu had few items, with nothing really unique or interesting. But then why did I go to a hotel restaurant. Same question to you. Go anywhere else for a better meal.

Stayed at this hotel for my sister’s graduation. Hotel has a beautiful lobby, very clean, modern and the staff has nothing but smiles and polite words. The free breakfast is phenomenal and the manager’s happy hour includes free light appetizers (snacks) and beer. Fantastic for the price. Kids loved the pool. This place has true southern hospitality!

Its a very nice hotel. I miss the original looks of the Embassy chain. Not to big on the modern look of today. The breakfast is excellent.

Nice clean rooms. comfy beds. Great breakfast options with late hours till 10:30 on wrekends. Forgot an item behind and they were helpful to find it.

As all Embassy Suites the lobby and rooms are modern and clean. The breakfast was very good and they had a chef that makes omelettes to order. This is hard to find in a hotel these days and is a great start to the morning. However, with all of the ups there are some downs. The air-conditioning in the room was horrible. It was extremely loud and made it extremely difficult to sleep with as it would turn on and off. This just may be the specific room that I had but it is a problem that every guest has to deal with that stays in the same room as I did.

Nice clean rooms in a great area. Room service was prompt, and the food was delicious! From the front desk clerk, to the restaurant staff, to the housekeeperevery single staff member we encountered were friendly and extremely helpful! We've already recommended this hotel to our family and friends. Our experience exceeded our expectations!

We arrived to the hotel late. We were greeted warmly by the desk clerk. We had forgotten some toiletries, and she was more than accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. Due to our late travels, we were granted a late check out. A welcomed surprise. While we did have some trouble with the toilet, the necessary tool to fix it was promptly bright to our room We have stayed at this hotel in the past, and will return again.

EDIT: I was given sincere heartfelt apology by a manager shortly after my initial review of our disappointing stay, in which we were offered a full refund for our trouble. It's for this reason that I wanted to amend my initial review to reflect my positive experience with the Embassy Suites since our stay. Customer service is what the hospitality industry is built on, so I give many kudos and thanks to your management for reaching out to me and rectifying the situation.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: Booked a room for our wedding night which included champagne/sparkling wine. Was told on arrival after our wedding reception that the champagne was "probably not" in our room and that "it wasn't my problem" - by the oh so friendly front desk help. When we arrived in the room, sure enough, no sparkling wine, so we called the front desk asking if we would still be charged for the service we didn't receive, and she again pronounced that it wasn't her problem and that we'd have to take it up with food and beverage. For a quick stay less that 12 hours on one of the most special nights of our lives, I have to say this is one of the most disappointing stays I've ever had - and this is from someone who travels quite frequently. I suggest against purchasing anything but the basic packing because you will not receive it, nor be credited for your payment. And good luck with the front desk staff - any problem you may have is "not their problem".

I attended a training event at the Embassy Suites. Meals for the event were catered by the hotel (Breakfast, Lunch and Snack). The food surpassed my expectations. The lobby area is spacious, nice, and clean. The staff was very friendly and courteous. Unfortantely there was another event in the area and I was unable to stay in a room at the Embassy Suites since the hotel was fully booked.
